A drawer-type all-in-one card connector includes a housing defining an insertion chamber and an opening formed at an end of the insertion chamber and a plurality of terminal slots formed at the other end of the insertion chamber; a plurality of card contact terminals mounted at the terminal slots; a sliding box slidably mounted in the insertion chamber of the housing and having a card receiving chamber for receiving corresponding memory cards of different specifications; a cover covered on the housing; a first ejection spring having two ends contacting against an inner sidewall of the housing and the sliding box respectively; and a limiter provided between the housing and the sliding box.

Drawer-type all-in-one card connector

A card connector is composed of a housing, a plurality of contact pins, a plurality of lead wires, and a card receiving connector. The housing includes an open base frame, which is bonded with two PC boards at top and bottom sides thereof and is provided with two receiving open chambers defined between the open base frame and the two PC boards for accommodating different cards. Each of the printed circuit (PC) boards has a circuit pattern and a plurality of slots. Each of the contact pins has an end connected to circuits of the PC boards and is partially received in the slots of the PC boards. The lead wires are symmetrically positioned at two sides of the housing and are electrically connected to the circuits of at least one of the PC boards. The card receiving connector is provided with a plurality of contact pikes, each of which has an end connecting to the circuits of one of the PC boards the other connected to the circuits of the PC board, and is fixedly mounted on the same PC board.

Card connector for different size cards

A multi-purpose card connector is composed of a housing, a front deck, a switching block, and a card receiving connector. The housing includes an open base frame, which is bonded with two PC boards at top and bottom sides thereof and is provided with two receiving open chambers for accommodating different cards. Each of the PC boards has a circuit pattern and a plurality of slots. An opening is positioned at a front end of one PC board, which is positioned above the other. The front deck is mounted on the PC board above the other and at a front end of the opening of the PC board at a top side of the open base frame. The switching is pivotally connected with the front deck and has first and second extension portions. The card receiving connector is mounted on the PC board above the other and at a rear side of the front deck and is provided with a plurality of contact pikes, each of which has an end connecting to circuits of the PC board.

Multi-purpose card connector

A card connector having a control integrated circuit IC therein is composed of a housing having an open base frame, two printed circuit boards (PCB) bonded to top and bottom sides of the open base frame and two receiving open chambers defined between the open base frame and the two PCBs for accommodating two different cards. The PCBs respectively has a circuit pattern, contact pads for connecting external devices, contact pins respectively received in the receiving open chambers for connecting an inserted card to be loaded in the receiving open chambers, a flex membrane circuit board electrically connected between the two PCBs, and a control IC installed in one of the PCBs and electrically connected to the circuits of the same PCB.

A single-sided, straddle mount printed circuit board edge connector positively mechanically locks the connector to the circuit board using a plurality of gripper arm assemblies spaced along the connector housing. The gripper arm assemblies each include an upper and lower gripper arm defining therebetween a printed circuit board receiving space. The gripper arm assemblies positively mechanically lock the printed circuit board to the connector without the use of through holes and screws. The connector overcomes the disadvantages of connector tilt problems, manufacturability and simplicity in assembling the connector and printed circuit board.

Single-sided, straddle mount printed circuit board connector

A single-sided, straddle mount printed circuit board edge connector positively mechanically locks the connector to the circuit board using a plurality of gripper arm assemblies spaced along the connector housing. The gripper arm assemblies each include an upper and lower gripper arm defining therebetween a printed circuit board receiving space. The gripper arm assemblies positively mechanically lock the printed circuit board to the connector without the use of through holes and screws. The connector overcomes the disadvantages of connector tilt problems, manufacturability and provides for simplicity in assembling the connector and printed circuit board.
