A chair () includes an installation base (), a leg column () supported by the installation base () in a tiltable manner, a seat body () supported on an upper part of the leg column (), an elastic member () which urges the leg column () to an initial tilted posture, and a coming-off restriction member () which restricts coming-off of the leg column () from the installation base (). On a support wall () of the installation base () having an insertion hole () through which part of the coming-off restriction member () is inserted, a slide guide () coming into slidable contact with a slide guide () at a peripheral edge portion of a lower surface side of the insertion hole () is provided. The coming-off restriction member () has an upwardly protruding spherical guide surface () which is slidably brought into contact with the slide guide () below the insertion hole ().
