An ophthalmic laser surgical apparatus includes an XY scan unit, a light guiding optical element, an objective lens, and a Z scan unit. The XY scan unit includes a deflecting device for deflecting the pulsed laser beam, and scans the pulsed laser beam in a direction crossing an optical axis. The light guiding optical element is provided downstream of the deflecting device on the optical path of the pulsed laser beam. The light guiding optical element has refractive power, and guides the pulsed laser beam. The objective lens causes the pulsed laser beam through the XY scan unit and the light guiding optical element to converge in a tissue of a patient's eye. The Z scan unit varies the optical path length between the light guiding optical element and the objective lens while the objective lens is fixed in position on the optical path.

Ophthalmic laser surgical apparatus

An ophthalmic laser surgery apparatus for treating an eye of a patient includes: a laser light source configured to emit the pulse laser light; an objective lens configured to condense the pulse laser light emitted from the laser light source on the tissue to cause a photodistuption of the tissue; a scanner configured to scan a condensing position of the pulse laser light condensed by the objective lens; and a controller configured to control the scanner to adjust speed of scanning the condensing position depending on a size of the photodisruption which fluctuates in according to an aberration which fluctuates according to a change in the condensing position.

Ophthalmic laser surgery apparatus and program of creating control data for ophthalmic surgery

An ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus includes a light interference optical unit, an irradiation unit, a luminance transition information detecting unit, a focused state detecting unit, and a guide unit. The light interference optical unit is configured to acquire a depth profile of a patient's eye tissue. The luminance transition information detecting unit is configured to control a first focus position adjusting unit to shift a focus position of a measurement light to acquire a depth profile in each focus position. The focused state detecting unit is configured to detect a focused state in the patient's eye tissue based on luminance transition information acquired by the luminance transition information detecting unit. The guide unit is configured to guide a focus position of a laser beam to be adjusted based on a result of detection of the focused state detecting unit.

Ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus

An ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus comprises: a laser source that emits a laser beam for treatment of an affected part of a patient's eye; an optical fiber that transmits the laser beam emitted from the laser source; and a delivery optical system that irradiates the laser beam emitted from the optical fiber to the affected part of the patient's eye, the delivery optical system including: a plurality of diffraction optical elements each being configured to shape a beam profile of the laser beam at an emission end face of the optical fiber into a beam profile having one of a uniform intensity and a lower intensity in the center than on the periphery on the affected part and also to shape the laser beam to have a different spot size on the affected part of the patient's eye; and a changing unit which selectively disposing one of the diffraction optical elements on an optical path.

An ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus for irradiating a laser beam to a patient's eye, comprises: a delivery optical system for forming the laser beam emitted from a laser source into a plurality of spots on a target surface, the delivery optical system including: a diffraction optical element for dividing the laser beam incident thereon into a plurality of diffraction beams in a predetermined spot pattern; a first zoom optical system placed on a side closer to the laser source than the diffraction optical element, the first zoom optical system being configured to change a spot size without changing a spot interval on the target surface; and an objective lens.

An intraocular lens for amblyopia designed in consideration of normalizing vision as well as magnifying vision, is provided with an optical part having predetermined refractive power, which includes front and rear side refractive surfaces, a supporting part for supporting the optical part within the eye, a first reflecting part formed at a rear surface side of the optical part for reflecting an incident light bundle, which has passed through the front surface of the optical part, toward the front surface, and a second reflecting part formed at a front surface side of the optical part for reflecting the incident light bundle, which has been reflected by the first one, toward the rear surface, wherein the first and second reflecting parts form a reflecting telescopic system which forms a magnified image on a retina, and at least one of them has a property of transmitting a part of the light bundle.

Intraocular lens

A laser treatment apparatus includes a laser light source and a light guiding optical system, having an optical axis, for guiding a treatment laser beam emitted from the laser light source to a treatment part. The light guiding optical system includes: an optical fiber through which the treatment beam emitted from the laser light source is guided; a variable magnification optical system which changes a magnification of an image of an exit end face of the optical fiber to be formed on the treatment part in order to change a size of an irradiation spot of the treatment beam on the treatment part; and a beam-attenuating member having a transmittance property that a transmittance is lower in a center portion than in a peripheral portion, the beam-attenuating member being placed in a position on the optical axis where an on-axis luminous flux and an off-axis luminous flux of the treatment beam emerging from the exit end face of the optical fiber pass through the beam-attenuating member at different ratios.

Laser treatment apparatus

A laser treatment apparatus provided with a light delivery optical system for delivering a laser beam for treatment from a laser source to a treatment area of a patient's eye to irradiate the treatment area is disclosed. The light delivery optical system includes a homogenizer optical system which substantially uniformizes an energy distribution of the laser beam; a relay optical system having lenses for relaying an image of an exit end face of the homogenizer optical system onto the treatment area; and a distortion generating optical system which is disposed between the homogenizer optical system and the relay optical system and generates a negative distortion in the exit end face image to be formed on the treatment area.
