A system includes a computing system associated with a financial institution and communicatively coupled with one or more automated teller machines (ATMs), where the computing system is configured to authenticate an account holder via an ATM of the one or more ATMs based on identification information of the account holder, identify an event associated with the account holder, determine a message relating to the event to be displayed to the account holder based on the event, and display the message to the account holder via the ATM where the message being displayed is based on the account holder accessing the ATM within a threshold time period associated with the event.

Systems and methods for obtaining non-customer lead information include authenticating a user at an ATM for a transaction via biometric information, determining that the user is a non-customer of a financial institution operating the ATM, determining that the user was a customer of the financial institution prior to becoming a non-customer, presenting an offer to the non-customer on the ATM based in part on the non-customer lead information collected from an at least one previous transaction with the user, where, responsive to the determination that the user was a customer of the financial institution operating the ATM prior to becoming a non-customer, the offer further comprises a message to the user indicative of the user being a former customer, receiving a response from the non-customer relating to the offer presented, transferring the response to the financial institution computing system.

Methods and system for providing ATM non-customer lead information

A method including receiving identification information for a first account holder at a financial institution, authenticating the first account holder via an automated teller machine (ATM) based on the identification information, identifying an event associated with the first account holder, including determining date information for the event, configuring a message relating to the event to be displayed to the first account holder based on the event, storing trigger configuration information comprising a time window including the date information for the event, and displaying the message to the first account holder via the ATM, the message being displayed when the first account holder accesses the ATM at a time occurring within the time window.

ATM customer messaging systems and methods

Systems and methods for obtaining non-customer lead information include displaying an initial screen on an ATM operated by a financial institution. The method may include authenticating the user at the ATM and determining the user is a non-customer of the financial institution operating the ATM. The method further includes presenting an offer to the non-customer on the ATM and receiving a response from the non-customer relating to the lead offer presented, wherein the response contains non-customer lead information provided by the non-customer. The method may further include transferring the response containing the non-customer lead information to the financial institution computing system.

Identification information for a first account holder at a financial institution is received. The first account holder is authenticated based on the identification information. A second account holder at the financial institution is identified as being known to the first account holder. Inputs are received from the first account holder to configure a message to be displayed to the second account holder. The message is displayed to the second account holder from the first account holder.
