An output shaft is configured by connecting a first shaft and a second shaft, coaxially arranged with each other, by a reverse input cutoff clutch 20; an end portion on one side in an axial direction of the second shaft located on an opposite side from the first shaft with a gear portion sandwiched in between in the axial direction being rotatably supported with respect to a fixed portion by a bearing device; the reverse input cutoff clutch having a function that, when rotational torque is input to the first shaft, transmits the rotational torque input to the first shaft to the second shaft, and when rotational torque is reversely input to the second shaft, completely cuts off the rotational torque reversely input to the second shaft and does not transmit the rotational torque to the first shaft, or transmits part of the rotational torque to the first shaft and cuts off the remaining portion.

Reverse-input blocking clutch and manufacturing method thereof

A reverse-input blocking clutch, comprising a pressed member, an input member, an output member, and an engaging element, the pressed member including a first pressed member element having a pressed surface around an inner peripheral surface thereof and a second pressed member element having a mounting portion fixed to a portion that does not rotate during use, the engaging element configured to transmit rotational torque input to the input member to the output member by moving in a direction away from the pressed surface and to completely block rotational torque reversely input to the output member or transmit a part of the rotational torque reversely input to the output member to the input member and block a remaining part thereof.

Reverse-input blocking clutch

A reverse-input blocking clutch, including a pressed member having a pressed surface, an input member having an input-side engaging portion coaxially arranged on an inner side in a radial direction of the pressed surface, an output member having an output-side engaging portion coaxially arranged further on the inner side in the radial direction than the input-side engaging portion, an engaging element having a pressing surface facing the pressed surface; an input-side engaged portion engageable with the input-side engaging portion; and an output-side engaged portion engageable with the output-side engaging portion; the engaging element movable in a first direction as a direction away from or toward the pressed surface, and an elastic member elastically held between the output-side engaging portion and the engaging element in the first direction.

A distance between a rotation center of an input member and a contact portion between an input side engaging portion and an input side engaged portion in a second direction is set to be shorter than a distance between a rotation center of an output member and a contact portion between an output side engaging portion and an output side engaged portion in the second direction. In a locked or semi-locked state, a contact portion between the output side engaging portion and the output side engaged portion is located on the side closer to the rotation center of the output member in a first direction in relation to a virtual line connecting the rotation center of the output member and a contact portion between one pressing surface of the pair of pressing surfaces and the pressed surface.

Reverse input blocking clutch

In a predetermined first state, a distance (D) in a second direction between a contact portion (P) between a input-side engaging part () and an input-side engaging part () and a rotation center (O) is larger than a distance (D) in the second direction between a contact portion (P) between an output-side engaging part () and an output-side engaged part () and the rotation center (O). In a locked state or a semi-locked state, a contact portion (C) between the output-side engaging part () and the output-side engaged part () is located closer to the rotation center (O) of the output member () in a first direction than an imaginary straight line (L) connecting a contact portion (C) between one pressing surface () of the pair of pressing surfaces () and a pressed surface () to the rotation center (O) of the output member ().

The rotation transmission state switching device comprises a clutch device comprising a first rotating member having a first-rotating-member-side engaging portion, a second rotating member having a second-rotating-member-side engaging portion, a third rotating member having a third-rotating-member-side engaging portion; and an engaging element having an engaging-element-side first engaging portion engaging with the first-rotating-member-side engaging portion, an engaging-element-side second engaging portion engaging with the second-rotating-member-side engaging portion, and an engaging-element-side third engaging portion engaging with the third-rotating-member-side engaging portion; and a restriction device configured to switch between allowing and restricting rotation of the first rotating member, allowing or preventing torque transmission between the second rotating member and the third rotating member.

The reverse input cutoff clutch includes: a pressed member having a pressed surface around the inner peripheral surface; an input member coaxially arranged with the pressed surface and having an input-side engaging portion arranged on the radially inner side of the pressed surface; an output member coaxially arranged with the pressed surface and having an output-side engaging portion arranged further on the radially inner side than the input-side engaging portion; and an engaging element arranged so as to be movable in a first direction as a direction toward or away from the pressed surface on the radially inner side of the pressed surface. The engaging element has a main engaging element body having a pressing surface and a pivot-support shaft, and a link member. The link member has a first end portion pivotally linked to the pivot-support shaft, and a second end portion pivotally linked to the input-side engaging portion.

Reverse input cutoff clutch

The reverse input cutoff clutch comprises a pressed member having a pressed surface, an input member arranged coaxially with the pressed surface and having an input-side engaging portion arranged radially inside the pressed surface, an output member arranged coaxially with the pressed surface and having an output-side engaging portion arranged more radially inside than the input-side engaging portion, and an engaging element arranged radially inside the pressed surface and having a pressing surface facing the pressed surface, an input-side engaged portion that engages with the input-side engaging portions, and an output-side engaged portion that engages with the output-side engaging portion. The output-side engaged portion is configured by a recessed portion, and the interior surface of the recessed portion has a pair of guided surfaces. The output-side engaging portion has a pair of guide surfaces facing the pair of guided surfaces.

A reverse-input blocking clutch includes: a pressed member having a pressed surface; an input member having an input-side engaging portion on an inner side in a radial direction of the pressed surface; an output member having an output-side engaging portion further on the inner side in the radial direction than the input-side engaging portion; an engaging element on the inner side in the radial direction of the pressed surface to move in a first direction away from or toward the pressed surface, having a main engaging element body having a pivot-support shaft, and a link member having a first end portion pivotally linked to the pivot-support shaft and a second end portion pivotally linked to the input-side engaging portion; and an elastic body between the main engaging element body and the link member and applying an elastic force to the link member toward the pressed surface in the first direction.

A reverse input blocking clutch has: a pressed member having a pressed surface; an input member having an input-side engaging portion; an output member having an output-side engaging portion; and an engaging element having an engaging element main body and a link member to move in the first direction away from or toward the pressed surface. The engaging element main body has a pair of main body plates arranged to overlap in the axial direction, and a pivot support shaft arranged on the side in the first direction closer to the pressed surface than the input-side engaging portion with the both side portions supported by the pair of main body plates. One pressing surface facing the pressed surface is provided on one main body plate, and the other pressing surface is provided on the other main body plate.

In the centrifugal pendulum damper, a plurality of pendulums are swingably supported on a rotating body. The pendulum includes a swinging shaft serving as the swing center and a rolling shaft including a rolling surface on the outer periphery thereof. The rotating body includes a plurality of pendulum support portions, and the pendulum support portion includes a swinging shaft guide portion that guides the swinging shaft in a radial direction of the rotating body, and a rolling shaft guide portion that is in rolling-contact with the rolling surface of the rolling shaft to cause the pendulum to swing around the swing axis.

Centrifugal pendulum damper and torque transmission device

Construction is achieved whereby durability is maintained while size and weight are reduced. Installation plate sections are provided on the top and bottom end sections of a pair of support columns. Bolts are inserted through through-holes that penetrate through the installation plate sections in the axial direction; the bolts are then screwed into screw holes provided in the axial direction of anchor sections of an actuator body and a connecting plate, and the bolts are further tightened, whereby the support columns are securely joined and fastened to the actuator body and the connecting plate.
