A projector screen includes: a light absorbing layer configured to absorb light; a plurality of reflectors provided on a front surface of the light absorbing layer and spaced apart from each other at regular intervals, wherein the plurality of reflectors are inclined with respect to the light absorbing layer and are configured to reflect light; and a transparent layer disposed above the plurality of reflectors and configured to transmit light therethrough, wherein the transparent layer may include a front surface that is flat and parallel to the light absorbing layer, and a rear surface having a plurality of grooves having a shape corresponding to the plurality of reflectors, wherein the plurality of reflectors are provided in the plurality of grooves of the transparent layer, and the rear surface of the transparent layer contacts the front surface of the light absorbing layer.

Screen for projector and manufacturing method thereof

An example display apparatus includes a liquid crystal panel; a light source plate including a printed circuit board disposed behind the liquid crystal panel, and a light source module mounted on the printed circuit board to supply light to the liquid crystal panel. The light source module includes a light emitting diode (LED) chip; a light guide provided to guide the light emitted from the LED chip; a light converter provided to convert a wavelength of light guided through the light guide, and disposed on a first surface of the light guide and attached to the printed circuit board; and a distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) layer disposed on a second surface of the light guide body and provided to improve a light conversion efficiency of the light conversion member.

Display device

A display apparatus includes a display panel including a first optical film. The first optical film includes: a biaxially elongated polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film; a scattering layer provided on the biaxially elongated PET film and having a haze value between 40% and 60%, the haze value representing a scattering rate of light; and a low-reflective layer provided on the scattering layer.

Display apparatus

A display device may have a reduced thickness while having enhanced color reproducibility by having an improved structure. The display device may include: a liquid crystal panel; a light source plate which is arranged at the rear of the liquid crystal panel to provide light to the liquid crystal panel, and which includes a printed circuit board and an LED chip mounted on the printed circuit board; and a chip cover which is provided to cover a light-emitting surface of the LED chip, and which changes the wavelength of the light emitted from the LED chip, wherein the chip cover includes: a cover layer having a first surface arranged to face the light-emitting surface of the LED chip, a second surface opposite to the first surface, and an accommodating groove provided on the second surface; a light conversion member which changes the wavelength of the light emitted from the LED chip, and which is accommodated in the accommodating groove; and a barrier layer for covering the second surface to cover the light conversion member from the outside.

A liquid crystal display device includes a light source, a light collection part, a liquid crystal part, and an anisotropic diffusion layer. The light source emits light. The light collection part collects the light emitted from the light source in the front direction of the liquid crystal display device so that, when an image is displayed, the light collecting property in a left-right direction is different from the light collecting property in an up-down direction. The liquid crystal part controls a transmission state of the light collected by the light collection part using a liquid crystal. The anisotropic diffusion layer anisotropically diffuses the light transmitted through the liquid crystal part.

Liquid crystal display device and display apparatus

A display device according to the disclosure comprises: a liquid crystal panel having a front surface configured to display an image; and a light source plate disposed at the rear of the liquid crystal panel configured to provide light to the liquid crystal panel, wherein the light source plate comprises: a printed circuit board having a mounting surface; an LED chip directly mounted on the mounting surface as a chip on board (COB); a transparent resin disposed on the LED chip to encompass the LED chip; a light conversion layer configured to convert the wavelength of light emitted from the LED chip and encompassing the outer peripheral surface of the transparent resin; and a barrier layer covering the light conversion layer from the outside.

Display device and manufacturing method therefor

A display apparatus includes a liquid crystal panel, a light source configured to provide light to the liquid crystal panel, and an optical member disposed between the liquid crystal panel and the light source. The optical member includes a diffuser sheet that is configured to diffuse the light from the light source, and a deformation preventing layer including a first material having a lower expansion or contraction rate than the diffuser sheet.
