Various embodiments of the present disclosure relate to an apparatus and a method for outputting content in an electronic device, the electronic device comprises: a display located inside a housing and exposed through a portion of a first plate; a pressure sensor circuit, which detects pressure applied to the first plate by an external force; a wireless communication circuit; a display driving circuit; at least one processor; and a memory, wherein, the memory stores instructions for causing the processor to: perform control such that the display driving circuit displays at least one graphical element on a selected region of the display having a black background screen image while at least a portion of the processor is in a sleep mode; detect a change in pressure by using the pressure sensor circuit; and inactivate the display in response to the detected pressure change. A polymer electrolyte membrane, a method for manufacturing the same, and a membrane electrode assembly containing the polymer electrolyte membrane are disclosed. The polymer electrolyte membrane includes: a fluorine-based support containing a plurality of pores due to polymer microfibrillar structures; a hybrid porous support placed on one side or both surfaces of the fluorine-based support and comprising nanowebs obtained by integrating nanofibers into a nonwoven fabric containing a plurality of pores; and ion conductors with which the pores of the porous support are filled. The polymer electrolyte membrane can reduce hydrogen permeability while being excellent in both durability and ion conductivity.

An inter-prediction method and apparatus uses a reference frame generated based on deep learning. In the inter-prediction method and apparatus, a reference frame is selected, and a virtual reference frame is generated based on the selected reference frame. The virtual reference frame may be generated based on a deep-learning network architecture, and may be generated based on video interpolation and/or video extrapolation that use the selected reference frame.

The mutated tau protein fragment of the present invention consists of 12 amino acids and thus can easily be prepared. In addition, when the mutated tau protein fragment is injected into an individual as an antigen, a neutralizing antibody against the mutated tau protein is generated. Moreover, the mutated tau protein fragment reduces the aggregation of abnormal tau proteins.
