A gas sensor has a sensing structure that is used for generating, for a variety of gases, multiple corresponding electric signals. It has a plurality of measuring electrodes and a gas-sensitive film coating the measuring electrodes; and a micro-heating structure that is used for providing different heating temperatures for the sensing structure, and a silicon-based substrate and a heating layer disposed on the silicon-based substrate. The heating layer integrates heating electrodes of different sizes or different layouts to form a plurality of heating regions of different temperatures, and the plurality of measuring electrodes are respectively disposed in the corresponding heating regions. By integrating heating electrodes of different sizes or different layouts on a single micro-heating structure to form heating regions of different temperatures, a complex atmosphere detection function of a variety of sensing materials at different temperatures is achieved.

Multi-dimensional multi-parameter gas sensor and manufacturing method therefor, and gas detection method

A gas-sensitive material, a preparation method therefore and an application thereof, and a gas sensor using the gas-sensitive material are provided. The gas-sensitive material is a carbon material-metal oxide composite nanomaterial formed by compounding a carbon material and metal oxides. The content of the carbon material is 0.5˜20 wt. % and the content of the metal oxides is 80˜99.5 wt. %; the metal oxides contain tungsten oxide and one or more selected from tin oxide, iron oxide, titanium oxide, copper oxide, molybdenum oxide, and zinc oxide; the metal oxides are formed on the carbon material in the form of nanowires, and the nanowires are tungsten oxide-doped nanowires. The gas-sensitive material has reduced resistance, is capable of responding to various gases at a reduced working temperature.

Self-heating gas sensor, gas-sensitive material, preparation method for same, and applications thereof

A Lidar system may comprise a rotor and a stator. The rotor is configured to rotate with respect to the stator. The rotor comprises at least one supporting body and a plurality of light sources disposed on the at least one supporting body, the plurality of light sources configured to emit a plurality of first light beams. The plurality of light beams are non-uniformly distributed along a vertical direction in a vertical field of view of the Lidar system.

Lidar system and method

A multiline LiDAR includes a rotor, a stator, a plurality of lasers, a light collimator arranged in the rotor, and one or more carriers arranged in the rotor. The plurality of lasers are arranged on the one or more carriers in n rows, n≥2, and lasers in different rows are staggered from each other. The multiline LiDAR is configured such that, when detection light emitted by each laser is reflected by objects, reflected light is converged on a detector after passing through an optical receiver, and detection beams emitted by the plurality of lasers are configured to be driven by the rotor to scan around a central axis to generate a scanning point cloud having a sparse-dense distribution in a vertical direction to obtain information about objects in a central field of view. A number of lines of the multiline LiDAR is equal to or greater than 16.

A multi-line Lidar is provided. The multi-line Lidar includes: a multi-line ranging laser emission module comprising one or more lasers; a multi-line ranging laser reception module comprising one or more photodetectors and adapted to detect a laser echo generated when a measurement laser emitted by the laser emission module is incident to an obstacle and is diffusedly reflected; a ranging information resolution module in electrical signal connection with the multi-line ranging laser emission module and the multi-line ranging laser reception module, and designed to calculate the distance, in each direction, to the obstacle by means of calculating the time difference between the emission of the measurement laser and the receiving of the laser echo; and a control circuit and an optical system correspondingly configured for the multi-line ranging laser emission module and the multi-line ranging laser reception module.

A Lidar system is provided. The Lidar system comprises: a set of light sources configured to emit a plurality of light beams; a set of optical fiber elements, wherein each of the set of light sources is optically coupled to a first end of one or more optical fiber elements from the set of optical fiber elements; and at least one mounting unit comprising a structure configured to receive a second end of the set of optical fiber elements at one or more directions thereby affecting a direction of the plurality of light beams individually.

Described herein are polymer compositions comprising a polymer and a molecular sieve having a framework type of AEL, AFO, EUO, FER, HEU, MEL, MTW, MTT, MFI, OFF, or TON. DNA detection of the soybean event SHZD32-01 is useful for identifying the soybean event SHZD32-01 in a sample and may be applied to methods for breeding soybean plants comprising the DNA.

Soybean event SHZD32-01 and method of use thereof

The present invention relates to fusion proteins for the expression of G-protein coupled receptor proteins (GPCR) with the fusion partners, as inserted fragments, from mammalian cells. The fusion partners are from a fragment of APJ protein ('the APJ protein fragment') or a fragment with homology of more than 90% similarity to the APJ protein fragment; or a fragment of RGS16 protein (the 'RGS16 protein fragment') or a fragment with homology of more than 90% similarity to the RGS16 protein fragment; or the fragment of DNJ protein (the &#x201c;DNJ protein fragment&#x201d;) or a fragment with homology of more than 90% similarity to DNJ protein fragment. The fusion expression of GPCR with the above mentioned fusion partners can improve the protein yield and stability when purified from cells. Therefore, these fusion protein partners can be widely used for the study of GPCR proteins.
