A bidirectional isolated resonant converter includes a first side circuit, a second side circuit, and a resonant tank circuit. The resonant tank circuit includes a first resonant capacitor, a resonant inductor, an isolated transformer and a second capacitor. The first resonant capacitor, the resonant inductor and a first side winding of the isolated transformer are connected in series. A second side winding of the isolated transformer and the second capacitor are connected in series. The resonant inductor and the isolated transformer are integrated into an integrated magnetic component, wherein a magnetic core of the integrated magnetic component includes an inductor magnetic core portion on which an inductor winding is wound, a transformer magnetic core portion on which the first side winding and the second side winding are wound, and a common magnetic core portion shared by the resonant inductor and the isolated transformer to form closed magnetic paths, respectively.

Bidirectional isolated resonant converter with integrated resonant inductor and isolated transformer

The present disclosure provides a high-voltage transformer and an electronic power apparatus. The high-voltage transformer includes a magnetic core, a secondary coil unit, and a primary coil unit. The secondary coil unit includes a secondary winding; and the primary coil unit includes a primary winding and an insulating portion. The insulating portion forms at least one through hole. At least one primary winding encircle at least one through hole and is wrapped by the insulating portion and fixed in the insulating portion. The magnetic core passes through at least one through hole. A shielding layer is formed on a surface of the insulating portion, and the shielding layer is used for connecting a safety ground.

High-voltage transformer and electronic power apparatus

A center-tapped transformer comprises a magnetic core, and windings including a primary winding and a secondary windings. The primary winding comprises at least one layer of a primary effective conductor, and the secondary winding comprises at least one layer of a first secondary effective conductor and at least one layer of a second secondary effective conductor. The total thickness hof the primary effective conductor and the total thickness hof the secondary effective conductor satisfy: 0.65&#x3c;h/h&#x3c;0.8, wherein hp is equal to the sum of the thicknesses dof all the layers of the primary effective conductor, and his equal to the sum of the thicknesses dof all the layers of the first and the second secondary effective conductor.

Center-tapped transformer

A magnetic component and a transformer are provided by the present disclosure. The magnetic component includes: at least three core columns; and a winding wound around at least one of the at least three core columns; wherein a medium having a relative initial permeability equal to 1 is disposed on at least one side of the at least three core columns. In the present disclosure, a conventional magnetic cover board with a high relative initial permeability is replaced by a medium with a relative initial permeability (ur) satisfied ur=1, such as air or a cover board.

A converter includes a transformer module, a primary side circuit module, and a secondary side circuit module. The transformer module includes a magnetic core group and a winding. The winding includes a primary winding and a secondary winding, and is further installed on the magnetic core group. The primary side circuit module is coupled to the primary winding. The primary side circuit modules or the secondary side circuit module has overlapping vertical projection area on a first plane with the winding, and the first plane is a plane in a horizontal direction of the winding.
