A film touch sensor is prepared by performing a process in which a separation layer made of a specific component is formed on a carrier substrate, and an insulation film is formed on a transparent conductive film pattern, which is used as a planarization layer, an adhesive layer or a base layer.

Provided herein is a touch sensor including: a substrate having a transmittance of 5% or less at a wavelength of 380 nm; a touch sensor layer configured to be opposite the substrate and having a thickness of 2 &#x3bc;m to 10 &#x3bc;m; and an adhesive layer disposed between the substrate and the touch sensor layer, wherein the adhesive layer includes a cured product of an adhesive composition including at least one selected from the group consisting of an initiator and a sensitizer having an absorption wavelength in the range of 380 nm to 450 nm and has an adhesion strength of 5 N/25 trim or more. There is an advantageous effect in that the provided film-type touch sensor represents excellent adhesion and folding characteristics even when the substrate has a relative low transmittance.

Touch sensor and manufacturing method thereof

A film touch sensor includes a base film, an adhesive layer, a separation layer and a conductive pattern layer, which are sequentially laminated. The base film has a retardation value Ro in a plane direction of 0 to 10 nm, and a retardation value Rth in a thickness direction of &#x2212;10 to 10 nm. When the film touch sensor is applied to a final product, interference between laminates may be minimized to significantly reduce a change in color sense of an image.

A touch sensor laminate includes a touch sensor layer, a second adhesive layer formed on an upper surface of the touch sensor layer, a first adhesive layer formed on a lower surface of the touch sensor layer, the first adhesive layer having a peel strength less than that of the second adhesive layer, a release film attached to a lower surface of the first adhesive layer, and an optical film attached on an upper surface of the second adhesive layer.

Touch sensor laminate and method of manufacturing the same

A touch sensor laminate includes a photo-cured organic layer and a touch sensor layer on the photo-cured organic layer. The photo-cured organic layer may include an adhesive layer, and either a dry film or a dry film resist. The touch sensor layer may include an intermediate layer including an organic polymer, and an electrode patter layer on the intermediate layer.
