A gate driving circuit including a plurality of stages connected with each other and configured to output a plurality of gate signals. An n-th (n is a natural number) stage including a gate output part including a first transistor connected between a clock signal and an output node outputting an n-th gate signal, the first transistor having a gate electrode connected to a control node, a carry part connected between the clock signal and a carry node outputting an n-th carry signal, a first node control part connected between the output node and a first low voltage, and a second node control part including at least one transistor connected between the control node and a second low voltage different from the first low voltage.

Gate driving circuit and display apparatus having the same

A gate driving circuit is provided which includes a plurality of stages cascade-connected with each other and outputting a plurality of gate signals. An n-th (n is a natural number) stage includes a gate output part, a first node control part and a carry part. The gate output part includes a first transistor. The first transistor outputs a high voltage of a clock signal to a high voltage of an n-th gate signal in response to a high voltage of a control node. The first node control part is connected to the control node to control a signal of the control node and includes at least one transistor having a channel longer than the channel length of the first transistor. The carry part outputs the high voltage of the clock signal to an n-th carry signal in response to the signal of the control node.

Sensitivity touch display panel and manufacturing method of the same

Disclosed is a liquid crystal display device including a first substrate where pixel areas are defined, a second substrate facing the first substrate, liquid crystals aligned between the first and second substrates, and spacers that maintain a gap between the first and second substrates. The pixel areas are divided into a plurality of domains along the alignment direction of the liquid crystals by way of domain dividers. Optical characteristics are compensated in different domains, so that the viewing angle of the liquid crystal display device is increased. The display quality of the liquid crystal display device is improved by adjusting the shape and position of the domain dividers and the spacers.

Liquid crystal display apparatus

An inspection apparatus and a method for detecting defects in a substrate having a semiconductor device thereon are provided. The method includes establishing a first inspection region including first patterns repeatedly formed in a first direction and a second inspection region including second patterns repeatedly formed in a second direction on the substrate, determining a first unit inspection size of the first inspection region and a second unit inspection size of the second inspection region, obtaining images of the first and second patterns by moving the substrate in the first direction, and detecting defects in the first and second inspection regions by comparing the obtained images of portions of the first and second inspection regions, respectively, with each other. The first inspection size and second inspection size function as comparison units if defects are detected. The substrate may face an image receiving member.

Method for detecting defects in a substrate having a semiconductor device thereon

In an array substrate, the array substrate includes an insulation member in each pixel area and a color filter layer that surrounds each insulation member. The color filter layer includes color filters having two or more colors that are different from each other, and a color filter is formed in each pixel area. An insulation member is arranged in each pixel area and all the insulation members include the same material. The insulation members are partially removed in each pixel area to form contact holes having the same size.

Array substrate, display panel having the same and method of manufacturing the same

A liquid crystal display and a method of manufacturing the same include: a first plate having a thin film transistor, a second plate having an insulating substrate having a plurality of spacer members, the spacer members being disposed on the insulating substrate, preventing light leakage from the first plate and maintaining a predetermined distance between the first plate and the second plate, and a liquid crystal layer interposed between the first plate and the second plate and having liquid crystal molecules aligned in a predetermined direction.
