Provided are a spatial light modulator (SLM) and a method of fabricating the same. The complex spatial light modulator includes a thin film transistor (TFT) layer provided on a substrate, an amplitude type SLM and a phase type SLM electrically connected to the TFT layer, and a first polarizer provided on the phase type SLM, wherein the TFT layer includes transistors electrically connected to the amplitude type SLM and the phase type SLM, respectively, and the amplitude type SLM and the phase type SLM are commonly and electrically connected to the TFT layer and driven.

Complex spatial light modulator and method of fabricating the same

A chemical sensor using metal nano-particles and a method for manufacturing a chemical sensor using metal nano-particles are provided. The chemical sensor includes: metal nano-particles; single-ligand organic molecules (or a single molecule) that binds to the metal nano-particles by using a metal bonding functional group; a substrate bonding functional group formed at the metal nano-particles and the single-ligand organic molecules as bound to each other; a substrate; electrodes formed on the substrate and having an interdigitate (IDT) structure; and a substrate functional group formed on the substrate and positioned between the electrodes, wherein the substrate bonding functional group and the substrate functional group are covalently bonded.

Provided is a light source apparatus which include a light emitting unit including a light emitting area of unit of surface, an antenna disposed along the outer periphery so as not to encroach on a light emitting area and a driving unit, and a driving unit processing wireless power received from the antenna and supplying the processed wireless power to the light emitting unit. A three-dimensional inclination angle calculation circuit is provided. The three-dimensional inclination angle calculation circuit includes: X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis vibration sensors which change X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis electrostatic capacitances according to three-dimensional positions of a measured plane with respect to a reference plane, respectively; X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis position value acquisition units which acquire X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis position values corresponding to the X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis electrostatic capacitances, respectively; and an inclination angle calculation unit which calculates an inclination angle of the measured plane with respect to the reference plane based on the X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis position values. Micro piezoresistive pressure sensor and manufacturing method thereof

Provided is a wireless power transmission device. The wireless power transmission device includes a power coil in which a high frequency current is applied, a transmission coil in which the high frequency current is induced by magnetic induction, the transmission coil configured to generate an non-radiative electromagnetic wave when the transmission coil has the same resonant frequency as an at least one external target device, and a resonant frequency regulator configured to regulate the resonant frequency of the transmission coil. The wireless power transmission device can transmit the power when it has the same resonant frequency as the target device. Therefore, the overheating due to an eddy current may not occur, and the design may be easily varied.

There is provided a bidirectional readout circuit for detecting direction and amplitude of an oscillation sensed at a capacitive microelectromechanical system (MEMS) accelerometer, the bidirectional readout circuit converting capacitance changes of the capacitive MEMS accelerometer into a time change amount by using high resolution capacitance-to-time conversion technology and outputting the time change amount as the direction and the amplitude of the oscillation by using time-to-digital conversion (TDC) technology, thereby detecting not only the amplitude of the oscillation but also the direction thereof, which is capable of being applied to various MEMS sensors.
