A refrigerator includes a storage chamber for storing food; an ice making compartment provided at an upper side corner of the storage chamber; and two shelves provided between a sidewall of the ice making compartment and a sidewall of the storage chamber opposite to the sidewall of the ice making compartment. The two shelves include a rotatable shelf and a horizontal shelf mounted between the sidewall of the storage chamber and the rotatable shelf and configured to be adjustable vertically upwards and downwards independently of the rotatable shelf. The rotatable shelf, while maintaining the vertical position, forms a vertical space for keeping food having a great height and stored on a shelf provided below the rotatable shelf. The rotatable shelf and the horizontal shelf form a horizontal space for keeping food having a great width when the horizontal shelf and the rotatable shelf in the horizontal position are horizontally aligned.

Refrigerator

A refrigerator includes an ice maker disposed at one side of a storage chamber for storing food, a folding shelf disposed at the ice maker to be folded in a vertical direction or unfolded in a horizontal direction to efficiently use a space formed on the side of the ice maker, a shelf supporting member fixed to the ice maker to rotatably support the folding shelf, and a locking part disposed at the shelf supporting member to support the folding shelf when the folding shelf is unfolded to be arranged in a horizontal direction. When the folding shelf disposed in the storage chamber is folded in a vertical direction, there is formed a space capable of storing containers or food products having a great height. When the folding shelf is unfolded in a horizontal direction, containers or food products having a small height may be put on the folding shelf. Thus, a storage space of the refrigerator may be more efficiently used.

A nonvolatile memory device including a memory cell arranged at a region where a word line and a bit line cross each other; a control signal generator configured to be enabled while the nonvolatile memory device operates in a test mode, and generate control signals which are not provided from an external device, based on a reference signal provided from the external device; and a control logic configured to control an operation for the memory cell according to the generated control signals.

The second evaporator, ice making compartment, and ice making flow passage form a closed circuit such that the cold air in the ice making compartment does not enter the refrigerating compartment.

Provided is a method for programming a nonvolatile memory apparatus which includes a bit line selector coupled to first and second bit lines and a page buffer including a main data transmission switch coupled to the bit line selector, a first latch coupled to the main data transmission switch, a temporary data transmission switch coupled to the bit line selector, and a second latch coupled between the temporary data transmission switch and the first latch. In the programming when the first bit line is precharged to a power supply voltage level, a main data transmission switch and a temporary data transmission switch are simultaneously turned on to set up a voltage of the second bit line depending on data levels stored in the first and second latches.

A nonvolatile memory device includes a page buffer unit configured to include a plurality of page buffers coupled to the respective bit lines; a pass/fail circuit coupled to the page buffer unit and configured to perform a pass/fail check operation by comparing the amount of current, varying according to verify data stored in the plurality of page buffers, with an amount of reference current corresponding to the number of allowed error correction code bits; and a masking circuit configured to preclude the pass/fail check operation by coupling a ground terminal to sense nodes coupled to the remaining page buffers, respectively, other than page buffers corresponding to column addresses having the identical upper bits as an input column address.

Methods and apparatus are disclosed, including an apparatus that has a memory cell array with a memory cell selectively coupled to a bit line. A control circuit is configured to provide a control signal. A voltage generator is configured to provide a sense signal and a precharge signal in response to the control signal. The apparatus further includes a page buffer configured to provide a bit line voltage to the bit line based on the sense signal and the precharge signal, to thereby control a programming of the memory cell.

A method of operating a semiconductor memory device includes performing a first program loop including a first program operation and a first verification operation in order to store a lower bit data of n-bit data in memory cells coupled to a page, performing a subprogram loop for memory cells of an erase state, having threshold voltages lower than a target voltage of a negative potential, so that the threshold voltages of the memory cells of the erase state become higher than the target voltage, and performing a second program loop including a second program operation and a second verification operation in order to store an upper bit data of the n-bit data in the memory cells.

A method for operating a non-volatile memory device includes selecting a word line of a plurality of word lines in response to a program command and an received address, determining whether the selected word line is a word line set among the word lines, performing an erase operation on a second word line group of the word lines in response to a result of the determining, and performing a program operation on the selected word line.
