Provided are an organic thin film transistor, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for recovering insulation thereof. Specifically, the organic thin film transistor includes a substrate, a gate electrode, a semiconductor pattern, a source electrode, a drain electrode and a gate insulation layer. The gate electrode is disposed on the substrate. The semiconductor pattern is electrically insulated with the gate electrode on the substrate. The source electrode and the drain electrode are each electrically connected to the semiconductor pattern on the substrate, and are separated from each other. The gate insulation layer is disposed between the semiconductor pattern and the gate electrode. The gate insulation layer is a sulfur copolymer thin film.

Organic thin film transistor, method for manufacturing the same and method for recoverying insulation thereof

Disclosed are a touch sensor and a method of fabricating the same. An insulator of the touch sensor contains a polymer and has an array of vertically aligned nanowires structure. Therefore, the touch sensor can be easily changed in thickness, which facilitates change in electrostatic capacity, thereby increasing sensitivity of the touch sensor. In addition, the present invention can simplify an existing complicated process of fabricating a touch sensor.

The present invention relates to a method of modulating a release of biomolecules having heparin-binding affinity, and more specifically, to a method of modulating a release of biomolecules having heparin-binding affinity, using thiolated heparin adsorbed on metal surface. According to the present invention, it is possible to modulate various biomolecules having heparin-binding affinity such as growth factors spatiotemporally by external electrical stimulations, without causing cytotoxicity and having deteriorating effects on cell activity. Thus, the present invention can be applied for various biomedical and biotechnical fields including drug delivery, biosensor, and cell culture.
