An organic light-emitting display (OLED) device including a display area defined by a plurality of light emitting elements on a substrate, a non-display area around the display area, a gate driver in the non-display area, a connecting unit overlapped with the gate driver in the non-display area, the plurality of light emitting elements including a first electrode, a light emitting layer, a second electrode, and the second electrode extended to non-display area, a common voltage line disposed outside of the gate driver, a dam structure configured to surround the display area in the non-display area and disposed on at least a portion of the common voltage line, a first encapsulation layer and a second encapsulation layer covering display area and at least a portion of the non-display area and a particle cover layer disposed between the first encapsulation layer and the second encapsulation.

Organic light emitting display apparatus

An apparatus includes a plurality of pixels on a substrate; a gate driver disposed outside of the plurality of pixels; a common voltage line disposed outside both of the gate driver and the plurality of pixels, the common voltage line having a first cross-sectional width; a dam structure configured to surround the plurality of pixels and disposed on at least a portion of the common voltage line, the dam structure having a second cross-sectional width narrower than the first cross-sectional width; a first inorganic encapsulation layer configured to cover the plurality of pixels, the gate driver, the common voltage line and the dam structure; a cover layer disposed on the first inorganic encapsulation layer and configured to be surrounded by the dam structure; and a second encapsulation layer disposed on the first encapsulation layer and the cover layer.

An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display includes: a substrate on which an organic light-emitting element is formed; an organic light-emitting element on a substrate; a first inorganic layer on the organic light-emitting element and made substantially of hydrogenated silicon nitride (SiN:H); an organic layer on a portion of the first inorganic layer; and a second inorganic layer on and completely covering the organic layer. Edges of the second inorganic layer come in contact with the first inorganic layer. A ratio of a number of oxygen atoms to silicon atoms contained in the first inorganic layer ranges from 0.12 to 0.19, and a ratio of a number of nitrogen atoms to silicon atoms contained in the first inorganic layer ranges from 0.9 to 1.5. The first inorganic layer and the second inorganic layer have substantially the same composition.

An organic light-emitting display (OLED) device includes: a pixel area defined by a plurality of pixels on a flexible substrate; a non-pixel area around the pixel area; a gate driver in the non-pixel area; a structure in the non-pixel area configured to surround the pixel area; a first encapsulation layer covering the plurality of pixels, the gate driver and the structure; and a particle cover layer covering the pixel area and suppressed from being excessively spread by the structure.

There are provided an ink composition for imprint lithography and roll-printing, which is applied to the formation of a pattern using imprint lithography and roll-printing to play the role of a pattern support, can increase the accuracy of pattern formation by minimizing the occurrence of a swelling phenomenon caused by the ink composition, and can improve yield and the efficiency of the process by increasing the transfer rate of a pattern, and a method of forming a pattern of a display or semiconductor by using the same.
