A system for treating disease involving branching vessels of a mammal system can include a main graft assembly (i) having a lumen permitting fluid flow therethrough, and (ii) configured to expand within a first vessel of a mammal; and a branch graft assembly including a branch cover (i) having a cover lumen permitting fluid flow therethrough; and (ii) configured to expand within a branch vessel that branches from the first vessel. The branch graft assembly may also include an expandable branch stent extending within the cover lumen. The branch graft assembly may further include a branch sheath (i) extending between the branch stent and the cover lumen, and (ii) constraining radial expansion of the branch stent within the cover lumen.

Branch endograft delivery

A nonmodular endograft system for treating aortic aneurysms involving bilateral renal arteries can include a main fabric cover that is sealed, coupled, or integral, with first and second branch fabric covers. The system can be configured so that after the main cover is expanded in the aorta, and after the two branch covers are respectively expanded in the renal arteries such that (i) the first cover ostium is substantially aligned with the first renal ostium, and (ii) the second cover ostium is not substantially aligned with the second renal ostium, then aortic blood flows from the main cover into each of the branch covers.

Alignment system for multiple branch endografts

A nonmodular endograft system for treating aortic aneurysms involving bilateral renal arteries can include a main fabric cover that is sealedly coupled, or integral, with first and second branch fabric covers. The present invention is related to a low profile endolumenal prosthesis. The prosthesis comprises a radially expandable tubular wire support and an expanded PTFE membrane. The density, wall thickness and intranodal distance of the ePTFE are selected to inhibit the formation and nourishment of a viable neointima on the inner surface of the prosthesis, through the ePTFE membrane.

Disclosed is a bifurcated tubular endoluminal vascular prosthesis, useful in treating, for example, an abdominal aortic aneurysm. The prosthesis comprises a self expandable wire support structure surrounded at least in part by a flexible tubular membrane. A delivery catheter and methods are also disclosed.

Self expanding bifurcated endovascular prosthesis

A structurally supported bifurcated vascular graft is described having a hollow cylindrical body graft with a top end and bottom end and two hollow cylindrical limb grafts which are attached to the hollow cylindrical body graft near the top end of the body graft. One or more structural supports or stents are attached to either the interior or exterior of the body graft and limb grafts. Further, an apparatus and method for delivering a one-piece bifurcated vascular graft is also described which includes first and second hollow limb tubes for containing the limbs of a bifurcated graft, a third hollow body tube for containing the body of a graft, and a hollow delivery tube capable of encompassing the limb tubes and graft body tube.

Bifurcated vascular graft and method and apparatus for deploying same

Disclosed is a dual lumen access catheter, for facilitating placement of two procedure wires across a treatment site. In one application, the catheter is used to place a first wire extending between a contralateral iliac and an ipsilateral iliac across the terminal bifurcation of the aorta, and a second wire extending through a portion of the ipsilateral iliac and into the aorta. Methods of placing the wires, such as for subsequent deployment of an abdominal aortic aneurysm bifurcation graft, are also disclosed.
