An electronic device includes a frame, a housing including a first temple connected to one side of the frame and a second temple connected to an opposite side of the frame, a first printed circuit board (PCB) located in the first temple, a first flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) electrically connected to the first PCB, and a second FPCB electrically connected to the first PCB. The first FPCB includes a first overlapping portion that is extracted from the first PCB in a first direction and overlaps the second FPCB. The first FPCB further includes a first branch that extends from the first overlapping portion and does not overlap the second FPCB. The second FPCB includes a second overlapping portion that is extracted from the first PCB in the first direction and overlaps the first FPCB. The second FPCB further includes a second branch that extends from the second overlapping portion and does not overlap the first FPCB.

Electronic device including flexible printed circuit board

An electronic device and a method for operating an electronic device are provided. The electronic device includes a first circuit board, a second circuit board, a signal line connecting the first circuit board and the second circuit board, a processor disposed on the first circuit board and outputting a pulse signal through the signal line, a parasitic capacitance pattern disposed around the signal line and generating a parasitic capacitance by the pulse signal, and an amplifier disposed on the second circuit board and amplifying a signal generated by the parasitic capacitance, wherein the processor identifies whether the signal line is abnormal, based on the amplified signal obtained from the amplifier.

A wearable electronic device accommodatable in an external electronic device may include a communication circuit, and at least one processor. The at least one processor may be configured to identify that the wearable electronic device is accommodated in the external electronic device, receive information on at least one device included in the external electronic device from the external electronic device through the communication circuit, in response to identifying that the wearable electronic device is accommodated in the external electronic device, based on information on at least one device included in the wearable electronic device and the information on the at least one device included in the external electronic device, identify a first device among the at least one device included in the wearable electronic device and identify a second device among the at least one device included in the external electronic device, based on data obtained through the first device, identify first data configured to control the second device, and transmit the first data to the external electronic device through the communication circuit.
