A capacitive input device includes a light-transmitting substrate, a multilayer film formed on one of the surfaces of the light-transmitting substrate and including a plurality of light-transmitting thin films which have different refractive indexes and one of which is a niobium oxide film, a plurality of first light-transmitting electrodes formed on the multilayer film in an input region of the light-transmitting substrate to extend in a first direction, and a plurality of second light-transmitting electrodes formed on the multilayer film in the input region of the light-transmitting substrate to extend in a second direction crossing the first direction.

Capacitive input device, display device with input function, and electronic apparatus

A capacitive input device includes a translucent substrate; first translucent electrode lines, extending in a first direction; second translucent electrode lines, extending in a second direction intersecting with the first direction; interlayer insulating layers; and relay electrodes. The first translucent electrode lines intersect with the second translucent electrode lines at intersecting portions. Portions of one of each first translucent electrode line and each second translucent electrode line are connected to each other with the intersecting portions. Portions of the other are separated from each other with the intersecting portions. The translucent interlayer insulating layers overlie the first or second translucent electrode line portions connected to each other with the intersecting portions. The translucent relay electrodes overlie the interlayer insulating layers to electrically connect the first or second translucent electrode line portions, separated from each other with the intersecting portions, to each other.

Capacitive input device

An electrostatic capacitance-type input device includes: a first translucent conductive film that configures a first electrode that extends in a first direction in an input area on a substrate and second electrodes that extend in a second direction intersecting the first direction in the input area and are disconnected in intersection portions with the first electrode; an interlayer insulating film that is formed at least in areas overlapping the intersection portions; and a second translucent conductive film that configures relay electrodes formed on the interlayer insulating film to have sheet resistance lower than that of the first translucent conductive film and electrically connecting the second electrodes disconnected in the intersection portion by being electrically connected to the second electrodes in an area in which the interlayer insulating film is not formed and a peripheral wiring extending in a peripheral area of the substrate located to the outer side of the input area.

Electrostatic capacitance-type input device and method of manufacturing thereof

Provided is a resistance film type input device including: a first light transmission substrate and a second light transmission substrate which face each other; a first light transmission planar electrode formed on the surface of the first light transmission substrate, which faces the second light transmission substrate, in an input region, and first band-shaped electrodes having a sheet resistance value lower than that of the first planar electrode and electrically connected along both ends which face each other in a first direction of the first planar electrode; and a second light transmission planar electrode formed on the surface of the second light transmission substrate, which faces the first light transmission substrate, in the input region, and second band-shaped electrodes having a sheet resistance value lower than that of the second planar electrode and electrically connected along both ends which face each other in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction of the second planar electrode, wherein a plurality of openings is formed in at least one of the first planar electrode and the second planar electrode, and wherein island patterns formed of the same light transmission conductive film as the planar electrodes are formed at the inside of the openings.

An electrostatic capacitance input device having a plurality of first electrodes extending in a first direction and a plurality of second electrodes extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction in an input area, including a plurality of first lines extending in parallel to each other from the plurality of first electrodes to a plurality of first terminals, and a plurality of second lines extending in parallel to each other from the plurality of second electrode to a plurality of second terminals, the first lines and the second lines being formed outside the input area, and an auxiliary line extending outside at least one of the lines at both ends in terms of the direction of arrangement of one or both of the plurality of first lines and the plurality of second lines, the auxiliary line generating a parasitic capacitance with respect to the at least one of the lines.

Electrical capacitance input device, display apparatus with input function and electronic apparatus

Provided is a capacitance type input device, in which a plurality of first light transmission electrodes extending in a first direction and a plurality of second light transmission electrodes extending in a second direction crossing the first direction are formed in an input region of a light transmission substrate, wherein, when the light transmission substrate is viewed from the top, dummy patterns formed of the same light transmission conductive film as the first light transmission electrodes and the second light transmission electrodes are formed in regions sandwiched between the first light transmission electrodes and the second light transmission electrodes.

Capacitance type input device and display device with input function

A liquid crystal device has a plurality of pixels arranged. The liquid crystal device includes a first substrate, a second substrate opposing the first substrate, liquid crystal provided between the first substrate and the second substrate, wires formed on the first substrate, and a reflective layer formed on the first substrate. Each pixel has a reflective display region formed by the reflective layer and a transparent display region without the reflective layer, and each wire is routed between two pixels in the transparent display region and in the reflective display region.
