A self-operable centrifugally-activated brake system adapted for a wheeled device. The braking system includes a wheel having a hub, a rim, spokes extending between the hub and rim, and a rod extending between the hub and rim. A helical spring surrounds the rod, with a fixed end attached to the hub and a free end movable along the longitudinal direction of the rod. A brake mass structure is attached to the free end of the helical spring and includes a cylindrical pin structure. A main frame connects to the hub of the wheel. An extension structure extends from the main frame and includes a spacing segment and a hook segment having a groove configured to engage with the pin structure.

A second suction head connects this groove to the mixer unit, while a second motor enables wheel rotation for material transfer. The mixer unit combines both materials. The feeder system implements coaxial wheel arrangement with independent material flow control, enabling independent powder delivery for additive manufacturing applications.

Powder flow feed system

A method and system for transporting and delivering fine solids in the form of powders includes a wheel-based coax control systems with individually controlled and motored wheels functioning to feed the solids. The apparatus includes a first wheel having a groove that permits powder flow. A hopper positioned above the wheel stores material to be fed to a conduit connected to the hopper thereby defining a feeding/flow path. A mixer unit is connected to the groove via a first suction head and a motor rotates the wheel, transferring powder from the hopper to the groove an into mixer unit. The method and system provide a coaxial wheel arrangement with independent material flow control.

A system for water collection and redistribution in a vehicle is provided. The system includes a storage tank for receiving water condensate from an air conditioner (AC) of the vehicle and store the water condensate. A wiper tank is positioned above the storage tank for receiving the water condensate from the storage tank. Further, a cooling coil is positioned adjacent to a radiator of the vehicle. A slanted pipe having an upper end in fluid communication with the wiper tank and a lower end in fluid communication with the cooling coil. The wiper tank discharges excess water condensate by gravity to the cooling coil via the slanted pipe to cool the radiator, when the water condensate reaches a certain level in the wiper tank.
