An air conditioner includes a housing including an inlet and an outlet, a heat exchanger arranged inside the housing to exchange heat with air sucked through the inlet, a fan configured to move air, which is heat-exchanged with the heat exchanger, to be discharged through the outlet, a motor configured to generate a rotational force, and a blade unit configured to guide air discharged to the outlet.

A ceiling type air conditioner includes a housing having an inlet and an outlet, a heat exchanger provided inside the housing to exchange heat with air suctioned through the inlet, a blower fan configured to cause the air having heat exchanged with the heat exchanger to flow such that the air having heat exchanged is discharged through the outlet, and a blade unit configured to guide the air discharged to the outlet. The blade unit includes a main blade, a sub-blade, and a guide link provided to guide a movement of the sub-blade.

Ceiling type air conditioner

An air conditioner includes a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, an expansion device, an indoor heat exchanger, and a noise reduction device configured to reduce flow noise of a refrigerant. The noise reduction device includes a housing including a refrigerant inlet and a refrigerant outlet, and a plurality of baffles disposed inside the housing. The baffles include a first baffle and a second baffle that partition an inside of the housing into a plurality of spaces in a flow direction of the refrigerant. Each of the first baffle and the second baffle includes a hole through which the refrigerant passes. The holes of the first and second baffles are respectively disposed at centers of the first and second baffles at positions corresponding to each other in the flow direction of the refrigerant.

An air conditioner includes an outdoor heat exchanger configured to exchange heat between a refrigerant and outdoor air; an indoor heat exchanger configured to exchange heat between the refrigerant and indoor air; a first pipe configured to provide a channel for the refrigerant flowing out of the outdoor heat exchanger and having a first inner diameter; a second pipe configured to provide a channel for the refrigerant flowing into the indoor heat exchanger; a coupling member configured to couple end portions of the first pipe and the second pipe; and a first insertion pipe inserted in the second pipe at the end portion of the second pipe and having a second inner diameter smaller than the first inner diameter of the first pipe.

An outdoor unit of an air conditioner having an expansion valve unit. The outdoor unit of the air conditioner includes a compressor, a heat exchanger configured to exchange heat between outdoor air and refrigerant compressed by the compressor, an expansion valve unit configured to decompress the refrigerant discharged from the heat exchanger, a refrigerant pipe configured to deliver the refrigerant, which is decompressed and expanded by the expansion valve unit, to the indoor unit of the air conditioner, and a bracket configured to support the expansion valve unit. The expansion valve unit includes an expansion valve, a first connection portion configured to connect the expansion valve to the heat exchanger, and a second connection portion configured to connect the expansion valve to the refrigerant pipe. The expansion valve, and one of the first connection portion or the second connection portion are fixed to the bracket.
