A brush switch with resistors includes a case, a fixed contact point pattern that is fixed to the case, a lever that is supported by the case in an inclinable manner, and a movable contact point brush that is movable by an operation of the lever such that the movable contact point either contacts to or does not contact to the fixed contact point. Wherein the fixed contact point pattern has multiple fixed contact points that are disposed separated from one another in the case, and multiple terminals each of which is connected to the multiple fixed contact points, and the movable contact point brush has multiple contact point spring pieces that separate from or contact with the multiple fixed contact points, respectively, and multiple resistors, which have different resistance values, that are attached to spaces between the multiple contact point spring pieces.

Power supply rail

A double seesaw switch has two seesaw switches arranged side-by-side inside a case. Each of the two seesaw switches has a central terminal arranged on a bottom surface inside the case, a pair of fixed contacts separately arranged, a moving contact supported pivotably with respect to the central terminal and has a contact portion for contacting one of the fixed contacts, an operation body supported rotatably with respect to the case, and pivots the moving contact by moving on the moving contact in correspondence with a rotation movement of the operation body, and a biasing part biasing the operation body towards a neutral position. The biasing part is a leaf spring piece formed in a U shape from a portion of a ceiling surface of the case, and to press against the operation body in a power storing state of a leading end portion compressed.

Switching device

It is an object of the present invention to provide a lever switch capable of reliably preventing intrusion of water or the like into a casing and maintaining smooth operation of a switch mechanism for a long period of time. A lever switch provided with a switch mechanism whereby an operation lever rotates from a neutral position on a base against a spring force of a coil spring to change the position of the switch, a gap between the operation lever and base is filled with a casing, the switch mechanism is accommodated in the casing and a waterproof/dustproof mechanism is provided to seal a sliding surface between the operation lever and casing and a contact surface between the base and casing with an upper lip packing and lower lip packing respectively.

Lever switch

A mode switch is provided that consists of a base, a rotor, a contact spring piece plate and an actuator plate. Movable contacts of contact spring pieces of the contact spring piece plate are relatively and separately mounted over stationary contacts on the base. Actuators of the actuator plate are placed over the contact spring pieces of the contact spring piece plate. The rotor is placed over the actuator plate and is rotatably attached to the base.

Mode switch

A push switch includes a sideway U-shaped spring element positioned in a recess of a holder which is precision-formed of plastic resin by molding while keeping upper and lower sections of the U-shaped spring element compressed. The lower section of the spring element being divided into an upper contact portion and a lower contact portion having a length larger than the upper contact portion. The contact spring element is then housed in a casing provided with fixed contacts. The contact spring element being pivotally supported though a support shaft in the casing while contacting the lower contact portion with a first fixed contact and striking an upper plate of the holder against a stopper to stop upward pivotal movement of the holder due to the restoring force of the spring element.

Push switch

A switch capable of significantly reducing the number of parts therefor and permitting the manufacturing and assembling to be carried out with high efficiency. Only four parts consisting of a casing, a top plate or a bottom plate, a cam lever and a leaf spring each simplified in structure are required to construct the switch. The cam lever causes pressing force acting in a small magnitude on its lever section to be changed to pressing force of an increased magnitude acting on its cam section in a lever-like manner about a support shaft.

Switch

A push button switch comprising a body, a cover, a push button and a diaphragm type movable contact. The casing body and cover (or the casing body, cover and push button, or the casing body and cover provided with a push button section) are concurrently formed by monolithic molding and are integrally connected to each other through a hinge section.

Push button switch

A leaf switch which includes a plurality of contact leaf springs (2a, 2b) embedded in an insulating base (1). The contact leaf springs (2a, 2b) are each held at a setting point (P.sub.1, P.sub.2) while being kept in a stressed state by being forcedly inflected by a bracket (4) of an inverted U-shape pivotally mounted on the insulating base (1). The bracket (4) bends the contact leaf springs (2a, 2b) when it is pivotally moved and is coupled to the insulating base when it is pivotally moved to its end point, thereby defining the setting point for each contact leaf spring.

Leaf switch

A push button switch comprising a body, a cover, a push button and a diaphragm type movable contact, fixed contacts in the casing and terminals. The casing body and cover (or the casing body, cover and push button, or the casing body and cover provided with a push button section) are concurrently formed by monolithic moulding and are integrally connected to each other through a hinge section.

Disclosed is a leaf switch having an integral cover, and including an insulating base (1), two leaf spring elements (3a, 3b) embedded in the base (1), and a cover (2) consisting of two cover halves (2a, 2b) integrally connected to each other through a hinge portion (2c). One of the cover halves (2b) is pivotable about the hinge portion (2c) to a position in which it engages the other cover half (2a), thereby forming the cover (2) which envelops the leaf spring elements (3a, 3b). The base (1) and cover (2) are formed from a plastic material by concurrent integral molding.

Cover integrated leaf switch

A selection switch is disclosed which is capable of accomplishing a clearly defined and smooth switching operation and contributing to the miniaturization of an apparatus such as a tape recorder. The switch includes a guide member for guiding a cassette of a tape by bending one of spring-biased contact members and a selector having a triangular projection outwardly projecting from the guide member wherein the triangular projection is backwardly pushed by the cassette while bending the other spring-biased contact member as a function of the shape of the cassette to actuate contacts of the contact members, to thereby select the deformation.

Selection switch

A cover for a leaf switch comprises a cover body having defining a space which receives contact elements of the leaf switch. The cover body engages with a movable contact element to allow the leaf switch to be actuated as a result of movement of the cover body and receives a fixed contact element. The fixed contact element is kept still when the movable contact element is moved together with the cover body. The arrangement described had been found to be effective in preventing or reducing contamination of the contact elements of the leaf switch by dust.

Leaf switch cover

A leaf-spring switch comprising an insulating switch base having parallel upper and lower arms each having a claw on the inside of its free end, upper and lower leaf springs provided midway between and in parallel with the arms, the upper leaf spring being provided at its one end with a tongue-shaped projection and a first contact and at its other end with a terminal, the lower leaf spring being provided at its central portion with a finger plate surrounded by a U-shaped slit larger in width than the upper leaf spring, the finger plate having a second contact at its one end, the lower leaf spring being provided at its one end with a lug and at its other end with a terminal, the upper and lower springs being fixed by the switch base so that the first and second contacts may face each other, a semicircular toggle spring provided at its one end with a forked part which engages the lug and at its other end with a narrow section smaller in width than the U-shaped slit, and the narrow section of the toggle spring having a slit which engages the tongue-shaped projection of the upper leaf spring, wherein the combined spring forces of the upper and lower leaf springs and the toggle spring make the on-off action very rapid.
