A display includes: a display section; and a display driving section driving the display section based on a first image data set and a second image data set that alternate with each other. The display driving section drives the display section by performing a first scan with use of a first block as a driving unit in accordance with the first image data set and a second scan with use of a second block as a driving unit in accordance with the second image data set. The first block is composed of a plurality of consecutive pixel lines, and the second block is composed of a plurality of consecutive pixel lines and is different from the first block.

An image display includes: a display panel in which a plurality of pixels including first display elements, respectively, are two-dimensionally arranged; a drive section deriving, from a plurality of pieces of still image data and display times of a plurality of still images based on the plurality of pieces of still image data, an accumulated display time of each first display element in each still image data when the plurality of still images are sequentially displayed from one to another, and deriving, from the accumulated display time of each first display element derived in each still image data and degradation characteristic data stored in a memory section, a correction amount of each still image data in each pixel, and further sequentially displaying a plurality of still images based on a plurality of pieces of still image data corrected with use of the obtained correction amount from one to another.

An image display apparatus includes a memory for holding in advance, of the one or more information terminal apparatuses connected via a network, information of information terminal apparatuses whose connection to the network is desired, a controller for reading out the information of the information terminal apparatuses stored in the memory, and display section for displaying a list of the information of the information terminal apparatuses. In this case, the image display apparatus further includes selector for selecting one information terminal apparatus from the list displayed on the display section, it is able to change the connection of the information terminal apparatus to desired information terminal apparatus by manipulation of the selector on a display screen.
