A keyboard includes: a recessed portion formed along a rear edge and open from a rear surface to a bottom surface; and a magnet located at a recessed portion top surface. A stand includes: a frame body that abuts a rear surface of an electronic apparatus; a plate connected to part of the frame body via a torque hinge, and having a distal edge abutting a placement surface in a state of being open relative to a frame surface of the frame body; a band portion connected to a long-side frame of the frame body along the long-side frame, and having a width that allows side surfaces of the electronic apparatus to be supported; and a bar of an iron material located along a distal edge of the band portion.

An electronic device includes a chassis, an input device provided on a top surface of the chassis and configured to receive an input operation, and a pen holder provided so as to project from a side surface of the chassis and configured to be able to hold a pen device in a posture along the side surface. The pen holder has a pen holding part composed of stretchy fabric formed into a loop and configured to be able to hold the pen device by insertion of the pen device through its inner periphery part, and a bracket having a cutout part in which a part of the pen holding part is disposed and to be fixed to the chassis.

The keyboard has a width along one edge portions equal to or larger than an interval at which the pair of cover plate parts is provided, based on a placement state of being placed at a usage position specified by a top surface of the first chassis, and is provided with an elastic member at corner parts opposed to the pair of cover plate parts.
