A physical quantity data correcting device accurately and rapidly makes corrections of physical quantity data by appropriately controlling an approximate ellipsoid computing unit and/or a correction coefficient computing unit on the basis of a control parameter group. A physical quantity data acquiring unit acquires physical quantity data output from a physical quantity detecting unit that detects physical quantities. A data selecting unit selects the acquired physical quantity data. An approximate ellipsoid computing unit computes an approximate expression of an n-dimensional ellipsoid indicating a distribution shape obtained by distributing the selected physical quantity data in an n-axis coordinate space. A correction coefficient computing unit computes correction coefficients for correcting the computed n-dimensional ellipsoid to an n-dimensional sphere. A computation control unit controls the approximate ellipsoid computing unit and/or the correction coefficient computing unit on the basis of a control parameter group. A correction data output unit corrects the physical quantity data.

Physical quantity data correcting device and physical quantity data correcting method

A physical quantity measuring apparatus of the present invention measures a physical quantity from a signal based on a physical quantity output by a physical quantity signal output apparatus. A correction signal output unit outputs a new correction signal based on a signal on the basis of a physical quantity obtained at a given measurement time, a correction signal obtained before that measurement time, and a filter coefficient. A large/small relationship determining unit determines a large/small relationship between the signal on the basis of the physical quantity and the correction signal obtained before that measurement time. A first filter coefficient output unit outputs a first filter coefficient based on the plural large/small relationships.

Physical quantity measuring apparatus and physical quantity measuring method

The present invention relates to a physical quantity measuring instrument and signal processing method thereof capable of reducing noise components and improving reliability without increasing size or cost of the circuit. A physical quantity detecting unit () has signal detecting components for detecting a plurality of signals based on a desired physical quantity and detects the desired physical quantity. A signal processing unit () executes signal processing of the signals detected on the individual detecting axes by the physical quantity detecting unit () for linearly combining the signals in different combinations with time. An arithmetic processing unit () combines and calculates a plurality of signals based on the physical quantity associated with the physical quantity detecting unit () from the signal data output by the signal processing unit (). It can linearly combine the signals from the plurality of detecting axes in different combinations with time, output them, and obtain desired signal components whose noise components are reduced by calculating the outputs.
