A travel route creation system which creates a travel route for a personal mobility vehicle, the system including a controller configured to create the travel route in which an entering angle to a bump or a slope is set within an angle range of 45° and more based on map data indicating the bump or the slope which the personal mobility vehicle can travel over, when creating the travel route for the personal mobility vehicle to pass the bump or the slope.

A mobility vehicle includes the following elements: a moving mechanism which moves a vehicle body; an information acquisition unit which acquires device information; a wireless communication unit capable of communicating via a communication network; and a determination unit which determines whether or not an event for which communication using connection-type communication with a server unit should be started has taken place, wherein the wireless communication unit transmits a connection establishment request using the connection-type communication to the server unit when the determination unit determines that the event has taken place, and the wireless communication unit transmits, to the server unit, the device information acquired by the information acquisition unit using connectionless-type communication when the determination unit determines that the event has not taken place.

An operation unintended by a helper due to an incorrect operation or the like by an operator is prevented. An electric mobility includes a manual operation unit, a wireless operation unit, and a control unit that controls a driving wheel on the basis of either a first command signal output by the manual operation unit or a second command signal output by the wireless operation unit. The control unit sets a first control mode enabling an operation of the electric driving wheel by the manual operation unit and a second control mode disabling an operation of the electric driving wheel by the manual operation unit on the basis of a wireless signal transmitted from a wireless terminal.

There is provided an operation device provided with: an operation member displaceable by an operator; a two-dimensional support mechanism in which a pair of one-dimensional support mechanisms that individually displaceably supports the operation memberin mutually crossing two directions are connected in series; and a pair of potentiometers that individually biases the operation membertoward a neutral position of displacement by the respective one-dimensional support mechanisms, in which biasing forces that the pair of potentiometers applies to the operation member against displacement of the operation member are different from each other, and in which a command signal according to the displacement of the operation member of the respective one-dimensional support mechanisms is output.
