A display apparatus includes a substrate including a first island portion and a second island portion spaced apart from each other and a bridge portion connected between the first island portion and the second island portion, a gate driving circuit arranged in the first island portion, a plurality of first input lines arranged in the second island portion, an output line arranged in the bridge portion and connected to the gate driving circuit, and a connection line arranged in the bridge portion and connected to at least one of the plurality of first input lines, where the output line and the connection line are arranged in different layers, respectively, and arranged to overlap each other.

Display apparatus

A display device includes a base layer having a display region and a non-display region, a circuit layer on the base layer, and an element layer on the circuit layer and including light emitting elements and light receiving elements corresponding to the display region. The circuit layer includes pixel drive circuits connected to the light emitting elements, sensor drive circuits connected to the light receiving elements, readout lines connected to the sensor drive circuits, first data lines connected to a first group of pixel drive circuits from among the pixel drive circuits, second data lines spaced from the first data lines in a first direction and connected to a second group of pixel drive circuits from among the pixel drive circuits, and data connecting lines electrically connected with the second data lines, respectively, in the display region.

A display device includes a substrate including an island portion, a first bridge portion extending from the island portion in a first direction, and a second bridge portion extending from the island portion in a second direction crossing the first direction, a first conductive layer disposed on the substrate and including a first voltage line extending from the island portion to the first bridge portion and the second bridge portion, a second conductive layer disposed on the first conductive layer and including signal lines extending from the island portion to the first bridge portion and a data line extending from the island portion to the second bridge portion, and a third conductive layer disposed on the second conductive layer and including a second voltage line and a third voltage line, which extend from the island portion to the first bridge portion and the second bridge portion, respectively.

A display device includes a display panel, and a circuit film disposed under the display panel. The display panel includes a base layer, pixels disposed on the base layer, sensors disposed on the base layer, first connection lines disposed on the base layer and electrically connected to the pixels, second connection lines disposed on the base layer and electrically connected to the sensors, first pads electrically connected to the first connection lines, and second pads electrically connected to the second connection lines. A display apparatus includes: a plurality of light-emitting diodes in a display area; a gate driver in a non-display area around the display area, the gate driver including a plurality of stages; a conductive line in the non-display area; an insulating layer on the conductive line; and a connection line on the insulating layer and electrically connecting the conductive line with a transistor of a first stage from among the plurality of stages.

A display device includes a base layer and a pixel layer that is disposed on the base layer and that includes a plurality of reference pixel units and a plurality of sensors. Each of the plurality of reference pixel units includes a first light emitting element, a second light emitting element, and a third light emitting element. Each of the plurality of sensors includes a light sensing element disposed between two second light emitting elements adjacent to each other in a first direction and disposed between the first and third light emitting elements in a second direction intersecting the first direction. The second light emitting element has a different shape from the first and third light emitting elements, and the light sensing element has a different shape from the first and third light emitting elements.

A display apparatus includes a substrate including a driver island portion, a wiring island portion, and a bridge portion. The driver island portion and the wiring island portion are spaced apart from each other in a first direction, and the bridge portion connects the driver island portion to the wiring island portion, a gate driving circuit disposed in the driver island portion, an electrostatic discharge prevention circuit disposed in the driver island portion, and a plurality of first input lines arranged in the wiring island portion and extending in a second direction crossing the first direction. A display device includes: a pixel, a sensor, a first driver, and a second driver. The pixel includes a pixel driving circuit and a light emitting element. The sensor includes a sensor driving circuit and a sensing element. The first driver outputs a first scan signal to the pixel driving circuit, and the second driver outputs a second scan signal to the sensor driving circuit. The first driver is to operate at a first operating frequency, and the second driver is to operate at a second operating frequency or a third operating frequency.

A display apparatus includes a display panel, a gate driver, a data driver and an emission driver. The display panel includes a pixel. The gate driver is configured to provide a gate signal to the pixel. The data driver is configured to provide a data voltage to the pixel. The emission driver is configured to provide an emission signal to the pixel. The pixel is configured to emit light based on a data writing gate signal, a data initialization gate signal, a compensation gate signal, the emission signal and the data voltage. When the data writing gate signal is driven in a maximum frequency in a variable frequency driving, a frequency of at least one of the data initialization gate signal and the compensation gate signal is less than a frequency of the data writing gate signal.

A pixel includes a light emitting element, a first transistor including a first electrode electrically connected to a first voltage line, a second electrode electrically connected to the light emitting element, and a gate electrode connected to a first node, a second transistor including a first electrode connected to a data line, a second electrode, and a gate electrode connected to a first scan line, a third transistor including a first electrode electrically connected to the first node, a second electrode connected to the second electrode of the first transistor, and a gate electrode connected to a second scan line, and a test transistor including a first electrode connected to the first electrode of the first transistor, a second electrode electrically connected to the second electrode of the second transistor, and a gate electrode connected to the second scan line.

Pixel and display device

A display device includes a base layer including an active area and a peripheral area outside the active area, a circuit element layer including a pixel circuit in the active area and a driving voltage wiring located in the peripheral area to supply a driving voltage to the pixel circuit. A light emitting element layer including a plurality of light emitting elements on the circuit element layer, a thin film sealing layer to cover the light emitting element layer, and an input sensing layer on the thin film sealing layer and including a sensing electrode and a sensing signal wiring part connected to the sensing electrode. The circuit element layer includes a connection wiring part overlapping the driving voltage wiring in the peripheral area and contacts the sensing signal wiring part. The connection wiring part is at a different layer from the driving voltage wiring.

A display device includes: a pixel including a light emitting element; a sensor including a sensing element and a sensor driving circuit; and a sensor driver to output a sensor scan signal to the sensor driving circuit. The sensor driver includes: a switching circuit connected between a first input terminal for receiving a first clock signal of a first operating frequency and a first clock node, and to output a first filtering clock signal of a second operating frequency to the first clock node in response to a first enable signal; and a driving circuit to output the sensor scan signal in response to the first filtering clock signal of the first clock node.

A gate driving circuit is provided. Each stage of the gate driving circuit includes a first node controller configured to control a voltage level of a first node connected to a gate of a pull-down transistor, and a second node controller configured to control a voltage level of a second node connected to a gate of a pull-up transistor, wherein the first node controller comprises a first circuit and a second circuit, wherein the first circuit is connected between the first node and an input terminal to which a start signal is input, and configured to transfer the start signal to the first node, and the second circuit is connected between the input terminal and the first node, and may be configured to boost a voltage level of a voltage of the first node.

Gate driving circuit

A display device includes a display area and a peripheral area disposed adjacent to the display area, a display element arranged in the display area, a first semiconductor layer, a gate conductive layer, a first connection electrode layer, and a second connection electrode layer, sequentially arranged on a substrate, and a bias voltage supply line arranged in the peripheral area. The bias voltage supply line includes a top supply line and a bottom supply line arranged on different layers, and the top supply line and the second connection electrode layer are arranged on a same layer.
