A graphical network design and configuration tool provides an administrator graphical user interface (GUI) with icons that represent virtual network elements, physical network elements, and links used to deliver network-based services and associates, via the administrator GUI, the icons with network element properties based on user input. A design GUI is provided including a design canvas to arrange and connect the icons. User input is received via the design GUI to arrange the icons on the design canvas to provide a design for a network-based service. A design template for the network-based service is generated based on the second user input. A configuration GUI solicits location-specific network level attributes for network elements in the design template and creates an instance of the design template based on the network level attributes. Configuration files are automatically generated for the physical network elements represented in the instance of the design template.

End-to-end network service designer tool

The present invention pertains to methods and pharmaceutical compositions for modulating an immune response. The method of the present invention involves administration of an effective amount of nucleic acid molecules encoding interleukin-12 (IL-12), interferon-gamma (IFN-&#x3b3;), or a combination thereof, to a patient in need of such treatment. The pharmaceutical compositions of the invention contain nucleic acid molecules encoding IL-12 and/or IFN-&#x3b3; and an operably-linked promoter sequence. In another aspect, the present invention concerns expression vectors containing a nucleotide sequence encoding IL-12 and IFN-&#x3b3;, and an operably-linked promoter sequence. In another aspect, the present invention concerns cells genetically modified with a nucleotide sequence encoding IL-12 and IFN-&#x3b3;.

Genetic adjuvants for immunotherapy

An approach provides interactive troubleshooting. A robotic chat application receives a service inquiry over a chat session from a chat-enabled device, wherein the service inquiry is associated with a service provider network. A troubleshooting engine collects information from a user of the chat-enabled device regarding the service inquiry. The robotic chat application retrieves a flow definition and an associated query corresponding to the service inquiry based upon the collected information. The troubleshooting engine generates a command, based on the query, for resolving the service inquiry.

System and method for providing interactive troubleshooting

The present invention pertains to methods and pharmaceutical compositions for modulating an immune response. An effective prophylactic mucosal gene expression vaccine (GXV), made up of a cocktail of at least 4 different plasmid DNAs encoding corresponding RSV antigens, coacervated with chitosan to formulate nanospheres. In a murine model of RSV infection, intranasal administration with GXV results in significant induction of RSV-specific antibodies, nasal IgA antibodies, cytotoxic T lymphocytes, and IFN-&#x3b3; production in the lung and splenocytes. A single dose of GXV induces a drastic reduction of viral titers.

Also provided is a composition for the prevention of respiratory infection including an agent which regulates ICAM expression. method of preventing RSV infection by administering an effective amount of an agent that interferes with the binding of RSV to ICAM-1. A method of preventing RSV infection by administering an effective amount of an agent that down regulates the expression of ICAM-1, thereby decreasing RSV binding to ICAM-1 is also provided. There is provided a method of treating RSV infection by administering an effective amount of an agent for down regulating ICAM-1 expression. A method of blocking RSV-ICAM-1 interaction by administering an effective amount of agents for blocking ICAM sites of binding is provided. Also provided is a compound for blocking RSV-ICAM-1 interaction including an agent for blocking ICAM sites of binding.

Interrupting the interaction of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and respiratory syncytial virus for prevention and treatment of infection

A method of preventing a respiratory infection by administering DNA which encodes IFN is provided. Also provided is a therapy for the prevention of a respiratory infection containing DNA which encodes IFN.
