In a network comprising a plurality of macro base stations, a plurality of micro base stations and a plurality of user devices (UEs), a method of establishing a wireless communication network includes: assigning the micro base stations into a plurality of clusters and selecting a micro base station from each of the clusters as a cluster head; receiving, from cluster heads of the clusters by the network device, information about candidate sub-clusters determined by UEs, each of the candidate sub-clusters comprises micro base stations whose signal power received at a UE exceeds a pre-defined threshold; identifying at least two schemes of grouping the micro base stations into non-overlapping sub-clusters based on the candidate sub-clusters; for a scheme of the at least two schemes, making each of the UEs select to access a macro base station or to be associated with one of the non-overlapping sub-clusters of the scheme base on respective measurements of signals received from at least one of a macro base station and a sub-cluster of the non-overlapping sub-clusters of the scheme; suppressing, by a UE, inter-symbol interference by subtracting a tail of a first symbol from a second symbol before recovering the second symbol; suppressing, by the UE, inter-carrier interference by adding a tail estimated of the second symbol to the second symbol before recovering the second symbol; acquiring information about power consumption of each of the macro base stations and power consumption of each of the micro base stations in communications with the UEs which performs inter-symbol interference suppression and inter-carrier interference suppression at the UEs; and making the micro base stations perform joint transmissions in sub-clusters as specified in a scheme selected from the at least two schemes according to the information about power consumption.

Method of establishing wireless communication network, network device and user equipment

Embodiments provide a method, apparatus and device of reconstructing non-Kronecker structured channels, applicable to communications. A weight matrix is determined for emulating link characteristics of a reconstructed channel, and includes a weight corresponding to each ray mapped to a probe antenna. In each cluster, rays mapped to each probe antenna have different weights with each other. For each cluster, a time-varying fading channel impulse response of each ray of the cluster mapped to a probe antenna is calculated using the weight matrix. The time-varying fading channel impulse response includes a transition equation for each probe antenna describing mapping of rays of the cluster to the probe antenna. A transition matrix from each probe antenna to receiving antennas of a device under test is determined. A product of the time-varying fading channel impulse response of the cluster multiplied by the transition matrix serves as a channel impulse response of the cluster.

Based on these reported data and proper machine learning algorithms, the central computing logic module configures an operating mode of a radio access network that matches user behavior, service attributes, and radio access network performance indicators. According to the operating mode, an edge computing logic module determines whether to optimize a current configuration of an edge communication entity and allocation of radio resources, computing resources, and caching resources. With proper machine learning algorithms, the proposed networking method meets various service requirements. By configuring the radio access network flexibly, the method enables the radio access network to adapt to different application scenarios and performance objectives.

Artificial intelligence-based networking method and device for fog radio access networks

The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and apparatus for device performance test, which relate to the field of communication technology. The method includes receiving a signal sent by a base station simulator; simulating a channel used for transmitting the signal, and performing simulated transmission on the signal based on the simulated channel; and sending the signal after the simulated transmission to respective probe in the anechoic chamber through an output interface connected to the probe, so that the probe radiates the received signal in the anechoic chamber in which the device under test is placed, and performs performance test on the device under test, where each probe is connected to an output interface of the channel simulator. The present invention is designed so that, in a radio communication system in which a plurality of component carriers (CCs) are used in each small cell within a macro cell, the load of measurements, the amount of information to report and so on in user terminals are reduced. The macro base station of the present invention transmits, to a user terminal, measurement indication information that includes a measurement indication for the received power of a measurement signal of a specific CC in each small cell, and receives, from the user terminal, a measurement report that includes the received power of the measurement signal of the specific CC.
