A driving risk classification and prevention system for a vehicle being autonomously and manually driven, includes an orientation unit for confirming a location of the vehicle, an exterior sensing unit for sensing first information external to the vehicle, and an autonomous driving risk sensing unit for sensing second information which endanger autonomous driving of the vehicle. A communications unit is linked to the orientation unit for receiving third information corresponding to the location. A risk prevention unit is linked to the orientation unit, the exterior sensing unit, the autonomous driving risk sensing unit, and the communications unit. The risk prevention unit is used for generating a first index according to the first information, generating a second index according to the third information, generating a third index according to the second information, and determining whether a safety operation is performed according to the first index and the second index.

A camera system is provided. The camera system includes an image sensor, at least one light source, and a processing unit. The image sensor is configured to capture a plurality of images. The processing unit is configured to perform the following instructions. A plurality of reflection values on at least one subject in the captured images is acquired. A relationship between a luminance level of the light sources and a reflection level on the at least one subject is obtained. A luminance configuration is determined according to the relationship between the luminance level of the light sources and the reflection level on the at least one subject. A luminous power of at least one of the light sources is adjusted according to the luminance configuration.

Methods and apparatus are disclosed for assembling a motor rotor. The apparatus includes a rotor fixing module, a conductive bar driving module, a plurality of conductive bars and a pump module. The rotor fixing module supports and holds the rotor. The conductive bar driving module has a plurality of assembling slots. When the pumping module is attached to the conductive bar driving module and each of the conductive bars seals the assembling slots, the pumping module and the assembling slots cooperatively form a sealed chamber, and the pumping module vacuums the sealed chamber to generate a suction force on each of the conductive bars, and the suction force further drives the conductive bars into the assembling slots. The method is for assembling the rotor by utilizing the same procedure mentioned above.

A face recognition system based upon a facial motion including an image capturing device, a storage device and a processing unit. The storage device stores facial information of an intended user. The facial information contains data of the intended user's facial feature and is associated with a binding operation. The image capturing device captures a facial video clip where a user makes a series of facial expressions over a time frame. The facial video clip of the user contains image frames. The processing unit extracts at least one facial feature of the user from the image frames and calculates the variation of that over the time frame. The processing unit compares the variation of the facial feature of the user with the facial information of the intended user. A driving assistance system includes a database configured to store numbers of preset criteria concerning various driving conditions, a sensor, configured to sense environmental data surrounding a vehicle; a thermal image capturing device, configured to capture a thermal images surrounding the vehicle; a display device; and a processor, coupled to the sensor, the thermal image capturing device and the display device. The processor compares the environmental data against the preset criteria to determine the driving condition of the vehicle. The database stores a predetermined profile of a default facial motion made by a user having at least one facial landmark. The camera tracks the user's facial motions and captures a facial motion over a duration. The processing unit connected to the database and the camera. The processing unit establishes the predetermined profile and a comparison profile of the facial motion through a profile establishment process. The processing unit further compares the comparison profile with the predetermined profile to verify the facial motion.
