Provided is a carton production method capable of preventing quality deterioration which may happen during the sealing due to adhesion of an adhesive. This method comprises: a first insertion step Kof rotating the lid body toward the one side surface of the box body to a position where the inserting flap overlaps the suspension hole; an application step Kof applying an adhesive to the inserting flap through the suspension hole; a second insertion step Kof curving the one side surface of the box body inserting the insertion flap and closing the upper surface of the box body with the lid body; and an adhesion step Kof bonding the inserting flap to the inside of the one side surface of the box body.
