A resist curable resin material composed mainly of a curable prepolymer (for example, a photocurable resin material comprising a photosensitive prepolymer having an ethylenically unsaturated terminal group originating in an acrylic monomer (A), a compound having an ethylenically unsaturated group excluding the photosensitive prepolymer (B), and a photopolymerization initiator (C)) and a flame-retarding agent containing a hydrated metal compound and a brominated epoxy compound are mixed to produce a resist curable resin composition. Alternatively, the resist curable resin material described above and a hydrated metal compound surface-treated with a surface treating agent having an amphipathic property and a polarity are mixed to produce a resist curable resin composition.

The photosensitive composition of the present invention comprises a photocurable component containing a urethane (meth)acrylate compound (A) having a carboxyl group; a thermosetting resin (C); a photopolymerization initiator (D); and a thermopolymerization catalyst (E); and the above-mentioned photocurable component further contains at least one of (B) a compound having an ethylenically unsaturated group, excluding the component (A), and an epoxy (meth)acrylate compound (F) having a carboxyl group. Therefore, the photosensitive composition is suitable for use as an insulating protective coating film for printed circuit boards. Since the cured film made of the photosensitive composition of the present invention is particularly superior in pliability, curling does not occur even when used for a thin circuit board. Therefore, the cured film is best suited for use in an FPC board.

Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a solid polymer electrolyte film/electrode composite, in which a porous electrode made from an electochemically active substance is used as an electrode and the pressure inside the porous electrode is reduced in order to fix the solid polymer electrolyte (SPE) film or pre-solid polymer electrolyte (pre-SPE) film to the porous electrode, a battery obtained by impregnating the electrode in the solid polymer electrolyte film/electrode composite with an electrolytic solution under reduced pressure and a method for producing such. The invention provides a thin, uniform film-shaped solid polymer electrolyte/electrode composite with ease. The battery fabricated with the composite is free of defects such as short, has high performance and, hence, is useful.

A reference pressure of melted material injected to a mold cavity of a mold is set as a function of injection passing time from a start of an injecting process or a function of a distance of movement of an injection plunger, and the movement of the plunger is started at a temporarily constant injection speed. An optical disk substrate is disclosed, which is molded from a terpolymer composed of (A) an aromatic vinyl monomer, (B) cyclohexylmaleimide, and (C) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of (meth)acrylonitrile, isobornyl (meth)acrylate and cyclohexyl (meth)acrylate, with the cyclohexyl maleimide being copolymerized in an amount of from 5 to 60 wt % of said terpolymer. The optical disk substrate exhibits high heat resistance, low water absorption and low birefringence.
