An integrated pump device includes a motor, an oil pump rotated by a driving force of the motor and configured to discharge oil drawn from an oil pan, and a hydraulic actuator configured to switch between an advance state and a retard state by a hydraulic pressure created by the oil pump. The hydraulic actuator is a parking lock actuator, and includes a housing having vane chambers and a vane rotor housed in the housing and including vanes arranged in the vane chambers. The vane rotor is configured to rotate to enter the advance state when the hydraulic pressure is supplied to an advance chamber, and to rotate to enter the retard state when the hydraulic pressure is supplied to a retard chamber. The parking lock actuator locks a parking lock mechanism at the advance state, and unlocks the parking lock mechanism at the retard state.

Integrated pump device

In a diameter-increasing portion, which includes first to third angle segments, an A-point is defined as an intersection between a radially outer surface of a thin wall portion and the first angle segment, and a B-point is defined as an intersection between a radially outer surface of a thick wall portion and the third angle segment. Radially outer surfaces of the first to third angle segments are located on a radially outer side of a reference conical surface, which is formed by rotating a straight line connecting between the A-point and the B-point about a central axis, throughout an entire range from the A-point to the B-point. A first angle &#x3b1;, a second angle &#x3b2;, a third angle &#x3b3; and a reference angle &#x3b8; satisfy relationships of '&#x3b1;&#x2265;&#x3b8;, &#x3b8;&#x2265;&#x3b3;, &#x3b8;&#x3e;&#x3b2;', and '&#x3b1;&#x2265;&#x3b3;&#x3e;&#x3b2;'.

Solenoid device

In a solenoid of a hydraulic pressure control apparatus, a region adjacent to an oil flow guide portion of a stopper breathing passage is formed in a magnetism application region, through which a leakage magnetic flux leaking from a magnetic circuit at a time of turning on of a coil passes. Thereby, magnetic foreign objects made of iron or iron containing material are magnetically attracted to the leakage magnetic flux, so that intrusion of the foreign objects from an outside of the solenoid into a second volume variable chamber through the stopper breathing passage is limited.

Solenoid and hydraulic pressure control apparatus having the same

A solenoid device includes a plunger driven in an axial direction, a wall portion arranged to oppose the plunger in the axial direction, and a respiratory pore cover covering an opening of a respiratory pore of the wall portion. A volume variable chamber is defined between the plunger and the wall portion. The respiratory pore cover defines a communication space communicated to the respiratory pore, and an opening which causes the communication space to communicate with an exterior space. A volume of the communication space is larger than a predetermined volume of fluid that flows through the respiratory pore from or into the volume variable chamber by a predetermined movement of the plunger.

A communication hole is formed in a peripheral wall portion of a yoke. The communication hole communicates between an inside and an outside of the yoke. A gap, which is formed between one end portion of the coil and a bottom wall portion of the yoke, overlaps with the communication hole in an axial direction.

Linear solenoid

A stepped portion is formed in an outer peripheral portion of a slide core and is stepped to reduce an outer diameter of one portion of the slide core located on one axial side of the stepped portion. A first conducting portion of a ring core covers an outer peripheral surface of the one portion of the slide core and is slidable along an outer peripheral surface of the one portion of the slide core. The first conducting portion conducts a magnetic flux between the first conducting portion and the slide core in a radial direction. A second conducting portion of the ring core is configured into a form of a flange and radially outwardly extends from the first conducting portion. The second conducting portion conducts the magnetic flux between the second conducting portion and a bottom wall portion of a yoke in an axial direction.

A solenoid valve includes a linear solenoid and a ring-shaped rubber packing. The solenoid includes a yoke, an outer connector, a volume changing chamber, and a breathing passage. The yoke is made of a magnetic material and formed in a generally cylindrical cup shape having a cup-bottom part and a cup-opening part. The cup-opening part includes a notch. The connector is made of resin and exposed from the notch to an outside of the yoke. Volume of the chamber is changed in accordance with operation of the solenoid. The passage is formed inside the solenoid, and communicates with the chamber. The passage includes an outer opening, which opens into the outside of the yoke and is located at a fitted part between the yoke and the connector. The packing is attached around a base of the connector, where the yoke and the connector are fitted together.

Solenoid valve

A solenoid includes a stator core, a plunger, a ring core, and a magnetic circuit component. The stator core has a fixed axial end and a free axial end. The free axial end is unfixed. The stator core is formed of a magnetic material. The plunger is slidable along an inner surface of the stator core. The plunger is formed of a magnetic material. The ring core surrounds an outer surface of the free axial end of the stator core. The ring core is formed of a magnetic material. The magnetic circuit component is adjacent to the stator core. The magnetic circuit component conducts magnetic flux with the stator core. The ring core radially conducts radial magnetic flux with the stator core. The ring core axially conducts axial magnetic flux with the magnetic circuit component.

Linear solenoid having stator core and plunger

A hydraulic pressure control apparatus has an actuator for controlling an automatic transmission. A case for receiving the actuator is constituted by an upper case, a lower case and a plate interposed between them. The plate is provided with a filter. The filter protects the actuator from foreign matters. The actuator is inserted into the case along the axial direction. The actuator is locked by a rotating operation or fixed by a snap fit. An electric control unit is laminated in parallel to the case regulating an oil passage. The electric control unit is cooled by fluid. The electric control unit has a liquid level sensor in its connector part.

Hydraulic pressure control apparatus

Non-magnetic layers are formed on an inner circumferential wall of a housing portion and an outer circumferential wall of a plunger , respectively. Assuming that the thickness of the non-magnetic layer of the housing portion is t0, the thickness of the non-magnetic layer of the plunger is t1, a magnetic gap formed in a radial direction between respective magnetic materials of the housing portion and the plunger which excludes the non-magnetic layers is d0, and an air gap formed in a radial direction between the non-magnetic layers when the plunger does not deviate from but remains coaxial with the housing portion is d1, the thickness are set so as to satisfy 40 &mgr;m&lE;t0&plus;t1&lE;80 &mgr;m, d0&ap;100 &mgr;m. In addition, it is set such that the attracting portion becomes saturated magnetically when the value of electric current that is supplied to a coil increases to reach a predetermined value which falls between 40% or larger and 60% of smaller of a maximum value of the electric current.

Electromagnetic driving device and flow rate controlling apparatus employing the same driving device

A solenoid valve device controls a driving force generated by a linear solenoid (electromagnetic driving portion), for pressing a spool away from the linear solenoid by controlling a current supplied to a coil, and ultimately adjusting an oil pressure flowing from an outlet port. As current supplied to the coil increases, the outlet port oil pressure decreases. An outside diameter of a tube portion of a valve housing is equal to or larger than an outside diameter r of the linear solenoid (r &gE;r ) and a flange of the valve housing, permitting the entire solenoid valve device to be disposed within a cylindrical reception hole provided in a hydraulic control apparatus body of an automatic gear, for example. A method of manufacturing the solenoid valve device is also disclosed.

Solenoid valve device and its manufacturing method

An accommodating base material and an attracting base material are coaxially arranged, and are resin-insert-molded, thereby forming a bobbin base material. Next, inner peripheries of the accommodating base material, attracting base material and bobbin base material are cut, so that the accommodating base material, attracting base material and bobbin base material have same inner diameters. As a result of the cut-forming process, an accommodating member, an attracting member and a bobbin are formed. After insert-molding, the accommodating base material, attracting base material and bobbin base material are cut to have the same inner diameters. Thus, the accommodating member and the attracting member are accurately coaxially formed.

Method for manufacturing electromagnetic operating apparatus

An electromagnetic actuator has a stator core, an armature and a coil. The stator core is formed as a seamless cylindrical tube having a thin wall as a magnetic restrictor. The thin wall has a thickness sufficient to maintain a mechanical strength of the stator core. A permanent magnet is located on an outside of the thin wall to generate a magnetic flux passing through the thin wall in the same direction as a magnetic flux generated by the coil. The thin wall is magnetically saturated with the magnetic flux generated by the permanent magnet. When the coil is energized, a magnetic flux generated by the coil gets around the saturated thin wall and passes through the armature.

Electromagnetic actuator permanent magnet

Since an output port is formed at a front end portion of a sleeve, an electromagnetic valve is arranged in series with a control valve. Thus, a system becomes small, and it becomes easy to attain a mounting space. Further, since a feedback chamber is formed in the vicinity of the linear solenoid, it is possible to install a spool after the sleeve is attached to the linear solenoid. Thus, unidirectional assembling becomes possible, and the number of assembling steps is decreased. Furthermore, since a small-diameter land is provided in the spool at a side of the linear solenoid, a small-diameter inner wall for slidably guiding the small-diameter land is concentrated to one place at the side of the linear solenoid. Thus, forming a small-diameter hole in the sleeve becomes easy, and forming accuracy is improved.

Electromagnetic valve

In a pressure regulation valve having a main spool and a sub-spool slidably housed in the main spool, the main spool is at a position where pilot pressure force balances with a sum of pressure force of a feedback chamber and spring biasing force, when the pilot pressure is below a given value, so that normal output pressure proportional to pilot pressure is supplied to a hydraulic servo for driving a clutch of an automatic transmission, and, when the pilot pressure exceeds the given value, the sub-spool moves to a position where the feedback chamber communicates with a drain so that the main spool moves to a position where maximum output pressure equal to supply pressure source is supplied.
