A driving power transmission device includes a fluid pressure type clutch device that transmits driving power between two shaft members, and a pump that supplies a fluid to the clutch device. The pump includes a pump that makes a pressure of sucked fluid high; a first flow passage through which the fluid according to a pressure discharged from the pump is supplied to the clutch device during a driving of the pump; a second flow passage through which the fluid discharged from the pump is held during a stop of the pump and a pressing force is applied to the clutch device by the fluid to be held; and a switching valve that is switchable between a normal mode where a discharge port of the pump communicates with the first flow passage and a locking mode where the discharge port of the pump communicates with the second flow passage.

Driving power transmission device

A dog clutch includes: a first rotational member; a second rotational member; a clutch member; and a pressing mechanism. The clutch member includes a meshing portion meshing with the second rotational member, an engageable portion circumferentially engaging with an engaged portion provided in the first rotational member, and a cam surface configured to generate a cam thrust in a direction of a rotation axis by a relative rotation with respect to the first rotational member. When the clutch member moves, a depth of meshing with the second rotational member is deepened by the cam thrust, and then the engageable portion engages with the engaged portion, so that the clutch member receives a torque from the first rotational member.

Dog clutch and differential gear

A pump apparatus with a switching valve includes an actuator that is rotationally driven, a pump, a switching valve and a driving power interrupting device. The pump discharges a fluid sucked by rotational driving of the actuator. The switching valve is changed in phase by the rotational driving of the actuator so as to be switchable among a plurality of destinations of the fluid discharged from a pump chamber of the pump. The driving power interrupting device for a valve is switchable between a state where rotational driving power of the actuator is transmitted to the switching valve and a state where the rotational driving power of the actuator is interrupted.

A differential gear includes: a first output gear; a second output gear; a differential case; a clutch member configured to move in a direction of a rotation axis between a connecting position where the differential case is connected to the first output gear in a relatively non-rotatable manner and a non-connecting position where the differential case and the first side gear are allowed to rotate relative to each other; an electromagnetic coil having a cylindrical shape and configured to move the clutch member in the direction of the rotation axis; and a yoke having an annular shape and serving as a magnetic path of a magnetic flux of the electromagnetic coil. The clutch member has an outermost diameter smaller than an inside diameter of the yoke.

Differential gear

In a reduction-transmission mechanism, an input member is arranged at such a position that a size obtained by adding a fitting clearance formed between a ball bearing and an outer periphery of an eccentric portion, a fitting clearance formed between the ball bearing and an inner periphery of the input member, which defines a center hole, and a radial internal clearance of the ball bearing is smaller than a size obtained by adding a fitting clearance formed between an outer periphery of each of a plurality of output members and a corresponding one of needle roller bearings, a fitting clearance formed between each of the needle roller bearings and an inner periphery of the input member, which defines a corresponding one of a plurality of pin insertion holes, and a radial internal clearance of each of the needle roller bearings.

Speed reduction mechanism, and motor torque transmission device including the speed reduction mechanism

In an in-wheel motor driving device, since an involute speed reduction gear with a small difference in number of teeth which can be made small in size can be disposed on an inner side of an inner rotor type motor, a size of the in-wheel motor driving device in the direction of a rotational axis can be reduced. Further, in the inner rotor type motor, since a first stator is disposed so as to face a radially outer side of a large-diameter rotor, heat generated in the first stator is easily dissipated. On the other hand, in an outer rotor type motor, since a second stator is disposed so as to face a radially inner side of a small-diameter rotor, a torque radius of the small-diameter rotor can be made large, thereby making it possible to ensure a large torque capacity. Because of this, the outer rotor type motor can be made smaller in diameter than the inner rotor type motor, thereby making it possible to ensure a large space within a wheel.

In-wheel motor driving device

In an internal gear pump that includes an inner gear having outer teeth and an outer gear having inner teeth, either the inner or outer teeth have a shape based on a tooth shape that is respectively formed by a generating curve of the outer or inner teeth. The inner teeth are arc-shaped, the outer teeth are curved-shaped, and both end sections of the curved shape are arc-shaped. If a radius of the arc shape of the inner teeth is set as ro, a radius of the arc shape of each of the corner sections is set as ri, a diameter of a pitch circle of the inner teeth is set as dp, and the number of the inner teeth is set as z, the inner gear and the outer gear each has a shape that satisfies a relationship established by following equations: 1.6&#x3e;ro/(dp/z)&#x3e;1.0; and ro/(dp/z)&#x3e;ri/(dp/z)&#x2267;0.13. Each of the inner teeth is provided so that an intersecting point between one of arcs that follow the first arc shapes of the adjacent inner teeth and the pitch circle of the inner teeth and in proximity to the other arc is located outside of the other arc.

Internal gear pump

An oil pump apparatus in which an electrical pump can be easily disposed is provided. A mechanical pump including: an inner gear which is configured to be driven by an engine; and an outer gear which is configured to mesh with the inner gear, and an electrical pump including: an outer gear which is configured to be driven by a motor section; and an inner gear which is configured to mesh with the outer gear are installed adjacent to each other in the axial direction in a pump installation space of a pump housing having suction ports and ejection ports. A blocking plate which is configured to block communications between the suction ports and the ejection ports is disposed between the mechanical pump and the electrical pump.

Oil pump apparatus

A speed change gear includes: an internal gear member; an eccentric member; an oscillating member; a pair of first and second rotating members; and a pin that is supported at both ends by insertion holes of the first and second rotating members. The insertion hole and the insertion hole have the same diameter. The outside diameter of the other side end portion of the pin is smaller than the outside diameter of one side end portion of the pin such that the one side end portion is press-fitted in the corresponding insertion hole and the other side end portion is supported by the corresponding insertion hole.

Speed change gear and manufacturing method therefor

The multi-stage reducer includes a first-stage reduction part to which the rotation from a motor is input and a second-stage reduction part to which the rotation having undergone speed reduction by the first-stage reduction part is input. The second-stage reduction part is disposed on an outer circumference of the first-stage reduction part.

Multi-stage reduction gear

An easily structured swing internal contact type planetary gear device is proposed which can achieve a higher meshing ratio when an involute tooth profile is adapted. Each of an internal tooth of an internally toothed gear wheel and an external tooth of an externally toothed gear wheel is formed with an involute tooth profile. Under a driving condition, one of an internal tooth body of the internally toothed gear wheel and an external tooth body of the externally toothed gear wheel is elastically deformed in an extending direction and the other thereof is elastically deformed in a contracting direction so that the number of meshing teeth becomes larger than the number of meshing teeth under a non-driving condition.

Swing internal contact type planetary gear device and rotation drive device

An electric pump includes: a second housing and a first housing separated from each other in an axial direction; a stator portion that accommodates an annular coil portion; an outer rotor portion that is rotated based on a magnetic field generated by the coil portion, at a position on the inner side of the housings; and an inner rotor that is rotatably supported by a support shaft portion having an axis that is offset from that of the outer rotor portion, and that has an outer peripheral surface that is engaged with an inner peripheral surface of the outer rotor portion. The second housing is fitted onto the support shaft portion, to which the first housing has been fixed, from one side of the support shaft portion in the axial direction. As a result, the outer rotor portion and the stator portion are clamped between the first housing and the second housing from both sides in the axial direction.

Electric pump and electric pump mounting structure

A transmission ratio variable mechanism includes an input member and an output member arranged to rotate around a first axis, an intermediate member arranged to connect the input member and the output member so as to be differentially rotatable, and a motor arranged to drive the intermediate member. The motor includes a cylindrical rotor arranged to rotate around the first axis. An inner periphery of the rotor is arranged to support the intermediate member and arranged to rotatably support the input member and the output member via bearings, respectively.

Transmission ratio variable mechanism and vehicle steering apparatus including the same

A fluid supply valve attachment device that includes: a fixing member formed with a recessed fitting section; and a fluid supply valve provided with a protruded insertion section that is inserted and fixed in the recessed fitting section. Clearance between a reference inner peripheral surface of the recessed fitting section and a reference outer peripheral surface of the protruded insertion section is set smaller than clearance between an internal thread of the recessed fitting section and an external thread of the protruded insertion section in a state that the protruded insertion section is inserted and fixed in the recessed fitting section.

An oscillating gear device includes an axially fixed gear piece rotatable around a first axis and an axially oscillating gear piece that oscillates while being inclined with respect to the first axis. A plurality of pins held by one of the gear pieces engage with a plurality of tooth grooves of the other gear piece in engagement regions at a predetermined length in longitudinal directions of the pins.
