A method of manufacturing a stator core includes punching out core members from an electrical steel sheet in three rows arrangement side by side along a width direction of the electrical steel sheet. Each of the core members has connecting projections. The connecting projections project radially outward from an outer periphery of the core member. The punched out core members are stacked to form the stator core. Each of the core members in two of the three rows arrangement have a connecting projection angled at a first angle from the width direction of the electrical steel sheet. Each of the core members in a third row having a connecting projection angled at a different second angle from the width direction of the electrical steel sheet.

Method of manufacturing stator core

According to one embodiment, a rotor is configured by a rotor core and magnetic poles. Two or more types of permanent magnets are used such that each product of coercivity and thickness in the magnetization direction becomes different. A stator is located outside the rotor with air gap therebetween and configured by an armature core winding. At least one permanent magnet is magnetized by a magnetic field by a current of the armature winding to change a magnetic flux content thereof irreversibly. A short circuited coil is provided to surround a magnetic path portion of the other permanent magnet excluding the magnet changed irreversibly and a portion adjacent to the other permanent magnet where the magnetic flux leaks. A short-circuit current is generated in the short circuited coil by the magnetic flux generated by conducting a magnetization current to the winding. A magnetic field is generated by the short-circuit current.

Permanent magnet electric motor

According to one embodiment, a permanent-magnet type electric rotating machine has a stator, a magnetizing coil, a rotor and a case. The stator has an armature coil configured to form a magnetic circuit for driving. The magnetizing coil is configured to form a magnetic circuit for magnetizing. The rotor has a constant magnetized magnet, a rotor core and a variable magnetized magnet. The rotor core holds the constant magnetized magnet. The constant magnetized magnet is arranged closer to the magnetic circuit for driving than the variable magnetized magnet. The variable magnetized magnet is arranged closer to the magnetic circuit for magnetizing than the constant magnetized magnet.

A rotor for an electric rotating machine includes d-axis through holes located on respective d-axes, hollow shafts formed in both axial sides of a rotating shaft not inserted into a rotor core, presser plates mounted on both axial ends of the rotor core, cooling grooves formed in faces of the presser plates in contact with the rotor core, a plurality of presser plate refrigerant outlet holes in the presser plates, the presser plate refrigerant outlet holes of one of the presser plates having diameters different from diameters of the presser plate refrigerant outlet holes of one of the other presser plates, and a refrigerant channel formed so that a refrigerant supplied into one of the hollow shafts of the rotating shaft flows through the refrigerant channel and further through the hollow shaft wall hole of said one hollow shaft and the radial grooves of the respective presser plates.

For an electrical reluctance rotary machine, a stator has a winding as an armature, and a rotor has permanent magnet implanting slots provided in a rotor core at lateral sides magnetic poles configured to produce reluctance torque along directions of magnetic flux passing through the magnetic poles to produce reluctance torque, and permanent magnets inserted in the permanent magnet implanting slots so as to cancel magnetic flux of the armature intersecting that magnetic flux, to control a magnetic field leaking at ends of the magnetic poles, having circumferential magnetic unevenness. The electrical reluctance rotary machine is configured to meet a relationship, such that where W[mm] is a width of permanent magnet, R [mm] is a radius of the rotor, and P is the number of poles.

A neutral-point terminal device for use with a neutral point side bundle of wires in a polyphase winding of a dynamoelectric machine includes a metal sleeve and an insulating cap covering the metal sleeve. The metal sleeve is covered by the insulating cap so that distal ends of the bundled neutral point side wires remain in an interior of the metal sleeve. The metal sleeve is then pressurized thereby to be deformed so as to be secured to the distal ends of the bundled wires.

A rotor for a reluctance type rotating machine includes a rotor core formed by stacking a number of annular core materials each of which includes magnetic concave and convex portions. The rotor core has two keys which are formed at two positions on an inner circumference of the rotor core. The positions are spaced 180 degrees apart from each other with respect to the rotor core. The rotor core is divided into a plurality of blocks and the core materials constituting at least one block have the magnetic concave and convex portions shifted by a predetermined angle relative to the core materials constituting the other or another block on the basis of a center line passing through the keys. A whole or part of the core materials of at least one block are located circumferentially 180 degrees apart form the core materials constituting the other or another block.

A rotor for a reluctance type rotating machine includes a rotor core formed by stacking a number of annular core materials each of which includes magnetic concave and convex portions alternately formed on an outer circumference thereof and a central through hole, the rotor core having a key axially extending on an outer circumference, the rotor core being divided into a plurality of blocks, the core materials constituting one of at least three blocks having the magnetic concave and convex portions shifted by a predetermined angle in one of a rotating direction of the rotor and a direction opposite the rotating direction of the rotor relative to a center line passing the key, the core materials constituting each one of the blocks located at both ends of the one block having the magnetic concave and convex portions shifted by a predetermined angle in the other of the rotating direction of the rotor and the direction opposite the rotating direction of the rotor relative to a center line passing the key, and a rotational shaft inserted through the central hole of the rotor core, the shaft having a key groove engaging the key of the rotor core.

The present invention includes a motor body and provided to this motor body a motor with attached control device having a control device which drives this motor body, wherein the capacitor attached to the control device of this motor with attached control device is provided with a freely attachable and removable mounting device. According to the present invention, the attachment and removal of the capacitor of the control device which requires relatively frequent replacement can be performed freely, enabling the replacement to be performed simply.

A stator for a dynamoelectric machine includes an annular stator core composed of a developed core formed by stacking a number of steel sheets, each steel sheet including a plurality of unit cores each of which includes a unit yoke and a magnetic pole tooth and which are sequentially connected together by connecting portions integral with the respective unit yokes, and a stator coil wound on the magnetic pole teeth. Each unit yoke has a circumferential end overlapping, in a direction of stacking of the steel sheets, a circumferential end of the unit yoke adjacent to said each unit yoke.

In a double-layer concentric-wound armature winding for a dynamoelectric machine, the number of slots per phase per pole is set at q. The armature winding comprising a winding which corresponds to one pole and which includes a plurality of coils having different coil pitches from one another. The number of coils in one winding is set at (q-n) where n=1, 2, . . . and q-2.
