This inter-connector is provided with: a first electrode; a second electrode; and a connecting body which connects the first electrode and the second electrode. The connecting body comprises: a first junction portion connected to the first electrode; a first bypass portion connected with respect to the first junction portion; a first reinforcement portion connected to the first junction portion and the first bypass portion; a second junction portion connected to the second electrode; a second bypass portion connected with respect to the second junction portion; a second reinforcement portion connected to the second junction portion and the second bypass portion; and a connection portion connecting the first bypass portion and the second bypass portion.

Inter-connector and solar panel

A vehicle pillar structure includes a plurality of pillar frame structure portions, a transparent member, and a connection member. The pillar frame structure portions are disposed on an edge side of an upper half of a door opening as a portion of a columnar pillar. The pillar frame structure portions are provided in parallel with an interval, and have upper and lower end portions fixed to a frame member of the vehicle side portion. The transparent member is formed of a transparent material and is bridged between the pillar frame structure portions. The connection member is formed separately from the pillar frame structure portions, the frame member, and the transparent member, and connects the pillar frame structure portions.

Vehicle pillar structure and vehicle side portion structure

A solar cell module includes: a sealing layer in which power generating elements are sealed; a front surface layer formed from resin and joined to a light-receiving surface side of the power generating elements in the sealing layer; and a rear surface layer joined to an opposite side from the light-receiving surface side of the power generating elements in the sealing layer, wherein the front surface layer has a solar cell installation area that forms a portion of a solar cell, and an antenna installation area that extends at a vehicle front side or a vehicle rear side of the solar cell installation area.

Solar cell module

A solar cell module having curvature in a vehicle front-rear direction which varies from a vehicle front side towards a vehicle rear side, the solar cell module includes: a sealing layer formed from resin and in which power generating elements are sealed; a front surface layer formed from resin and joined to a light-receiving surface side of the power generating elements in the sealing layer; and a rear surface layer formed from resin and joined to an opposite side from the light-receiving surface side of the power generating elements in the sealing layer, wherein a plate thickness of portions where the front surface layer, the sealing layer, and the rear surface layer are laminated together is formed so as to become proportionately thinner as the curvature in the vehicle front-rear direction increases.

A front pillar structure includes a first skeleton portion, a second skeleton portion extending along the first skeleton portion with a gap therebetween, and a connecting member. A cross-section of the first skeleton portion is a hollow closed cross-section and a width of the first skeleton portion in a horizontal direction orthogonal to a gaze direction of a driver seated in a driver's seat is equal to or less than a standard pupillary distance. A cross-section of the second skeleton portion is a hollow closed cross-section and a width of the second skeleton portion in the horizontal direction orthogonal to the gaze direction is equal to or less than the standard pupillary distance. The connecting member is transparent and is disposed between the first skeleton portion and the second skeleton portion.

Front pillar structure

A vehicle pillar structure includes: a pair of frame components that faces each other across a gap in a width direction of a vehicle pillar, each of the pair of frame components having a closed cross-section and extending in a longitudinal direction of the pillar, and a butt weld portion is provided at a gap side and at a vehicle exterior side at at least one frame component; a transparent component that is formed so as to be transparent and that is mounted at a vehicle exterior side of the pair of frame components; an interior garnish component that covers the pair of frame components from a vehicle cabin side; and a cover component that is disposed at the gap so as to be separated at a vehicle exterior side from the interior garnish component, and that covers the butt weld portion.

Vehicle pillar structure

A vehicle front pillar structure includes: a pillar lower portion that configures a lower portion of a front pillar; a first pillar frame that extends along an outer edge of a windshield of a vehicle in a vehicle width direction; a second pillar frame that extends in an extending direction of the first pillar frame; a transparent member straddling between the first pillar frame and the second pillar frame; and a load transmission member that can transmit a load applied from a vehicle front side to a front side portion of the upper portion of the pillar lower portion in a vehicle longitudinal direction, to the second pillar frame, wherein a top surface of the second pillar frame is disposed continuously from a top surface of the load transmission member, and the top surface of the second pillar frame linearly extends in a vehicle rearward and upward direction.

Vehicle front pillar structure and vehicle side structure

A vehicle pillar structure includes: a pair of frame components that extends in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle pillar; and a transparent component that is formed so as to be transparent, and that bridges a gap between the pair of frame components. Each of the pair of frame components is in a cylindrical shape having no seams in a cross-section thereof, and a planar transparent component joining surface to which the transparent component is joined is included as part of an outer peripheral surface of each of the pair of frame components.

Vehicular pillar structure

A solar panel includes conductors each having a first base portion, which is connected to a third base portion with a first connecting portion, and a second base portion, which is connected to the third base portion with a second connecting portion. Output leads include a distal end portion and an extending portion. The distal end portion extends in a first direction along a second front surface of a back cover and is connected to the third base portion from the side opposite from a solar cell. The extending portion is continuous with the distal end portion and extends in a first direction toward the solar cell along a second back surface of the back cover. The first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are elastically deformable in the first direction and a second direction, which intersects the first direction.

Solar panel

A method for manufacturing a solar panel includes preparing a laminated body including a plastic protection cover that is light-transmissive and is curved in a convex manner, a flat plastic back cover, a photovoltaic battery cell, and an encapsulant that holds the photovoltaic battery cell in an encapsulated state, mounting the laminated body on a laminating jig such that the back cover abuts the laminating jig, and heating the laminated body with the laminating jig and compression-bonding the laminated body by holding the laminated body between a diaphragm and the laminating jig, thereby obtaining a solar panel from the laminated body. The laminating jig is curved in a convex manner toward the laminated body.

A pillar structure for a vehicle including: a pillar main body portion that is provided at a vehicle front portion and extends in a vehicle vertical direction, the pillar main body portion including a pair of pillar framework portions with chamber structures and a plate-shaped transparent member, the pair of pillar framework portions being disposed spaced apart in a vehicle front-and-rear direction, and the transparent member being attached to vehicle outer sides of the pair of pillar framework portions and isolating a vehicle cabin interior from a vehicle cabin exterior; and a reinforcing member provided with a pair of base portions and a transparent bridging portion, the base portions being respectively attached to vehicle inner sides of the pair of pillar framework portions and extending in the vehicle vertical direction along the pillar framework portions, and the bridging portion partially bridging between the pair of base portions.

Pillar structure for a vehicle

A vehicle pillar structure that includes: a first framework section that extends along a first vehicle width direction side edge of a front windshield of a vehicle; a second framework section that is provided so as to form a gap toward a vehicle rear and vehicle width direction outer side of the first framework section, that extends along the first framework section; and a see-through section that is formed so as to be see-through and that spans between the first framework section and the second framework section, wherein the first framework section and the second framework section are each formed with a closed cross-section as viewed along their length directions, and at least one of a rear edge corner of the first framework section or a front edge corner of the second framework section is formed with a beveled profile.

Provided is a primer for a solar cell module which makes it possible to prevent peeling of a surface protective material from a sealing material over a long time, and a solar cell module manufactured using this primer. The primer includes 40 to 95 parts by mass of a polymerizable ester, 5 to 60 parts by mass of an adhesion promoter, and a polymerization initiator. The polymerizable ester includes at least one of an acryloyl group and a methacryloyl group. The adhesion promoter includes a functional group improvable is adhesion to an acrylic resin or a methacrylic resin, and an alkoxysilyl group. The polymerization initiator is configured to be able to initiate polymerization of the polymerizable ester. The content of the polymerization initiator is 0.1 to 10 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass as a total of the polymerizable ester and the adhesion promoter.

A vehicle pillar structure, including: a first pillar; a second pillar that is disposed a predetermined distance away from the first pillar substantially in a vehicle front-rear direction, with an upper end portion of the second pillar being coupled to an upper end portion of the first pillar and with a lower end portion of the second pillar being coupled to a lower end portion of the first pillar; a transparent member that spans between the first pillar and the second pillar to thereby cover an opening formed by the first pillar and the second pillar, and through which an area exterior to the vehicle can be seen; and a reinforcement member that couples a vehicle upper portion side of the first pillar to a vehicle upper portion side of the second pillar substantially in the vehicle front-rear direction.
