A terminal device includes a driving information acquiring unit and a biological information acquiring unit functioning as an information acquiring unit that acquires information relating to the emotion, the driving skill, and the physical condition of a rider (user). Furthermore, an arithmetic unit of a server functions as an estimating unit that estimates the emotion, the driving skill, and the physical condition according to acquired information and functions as an information processing unit that carries out information provision to a rider according to the combination of the emotion, the driving skill, and the physical condition that are estimated.

Information providing system

A low-slung electric vehicle that facilitates the operation of mounting and removing a battery unit while also preventing the rattling of the mounted battery unit. In addition, the battery unit is capable of preventing an operator from forgetting to disconnect a cable when removing the battery unit. A battery unit is provided with rolling rollers. Recesses are formed in upper sides of guide rails to accommodate the rolling rollers to permit the rolling rollers to drop therein when the battery unit is moved to a terminal position. Engaging projections and engagement holes are formed on a lower side of the battery unit and an upper side of a floor plate such that the engaging projections and the engagement holes are fitted to each other when the rolling rollers drop into the recesses. After an access gate is closed, a connecting cable is looped over a part of the access gate.

Low-slung electric vehicle

A motor-assisted bicycle includes an assistive motor, a battery module, and an alarm buzzer. The assistive motor is to generate a drive force to assist in a pedaling force applied by a rider to pedals. The battery module includes batteries as a power supply for the assistive motor. The alarm buzzer is mounted in the battery module to generate an alarm sound. The alarm sound generated by the alarm buzzer is emitted in a forward direction of the motor-assisted bicycle.
