A voltage detection unit includes a voltage detection terminal including a first portion configured to be conductively connected to a detection target and a second portion, a housing having a plate shape and including a terminal accommodating concave configured to accommodate the voltage detection terminal, a cover configured to be engaged with the housing at a temporary locking position at which the cover does not cover the first portion of the voltage detection terminal accommodated in the terminal accommodating concave and at a final locking position at which the cover covers the first portion and an electric wire conductively connected to the voltage detection terminal at the second portion and configured to, when the voltage detection terminal is accommodated in the terminal accommodating concave, be drawn out from the housing.

Voltage detection unit

A bus bar module includes an insulating resin case mounted to an assembled battery and including a bus bar accommodating chamber, a conductive metal bus bar, and a voltage detection terminal. The assembled battery includes a plurality of cells in which a positive terminal and a negative terminal are alternately arranged. The positive terminal and the negative terminal are collectively disposed in the bus bar accommodating chamber. The conductive metal bus bar includes a plurality of terminal through holes corresponding to a number of the positive terminal and the negative terminal. The conductive metal bus bar is accommodated in the bus bar accommodating chamber.

Bus bar module and battery pack

A bus bar module includes a plurality of bus bars in which a plurality of battery cells of a battery assembly electrically connect to each other, a plurality of electric wires electrically connected to the plurality of bus bars, and an electric wire routing structure that accommodates the plurality of electric wires. The electric wire routing structure includes a plurality of electric wire routing grooves formed in an upwardly opening gutter shape and disposed along an overlapping direction of the plurality of battery cells, and a plurality of lids connected to first side walls of the plurality of electric wire routing grooves via hinges so as to be rotatable and covering the plurality of electric wire routing grooves so as to block groove openings of the plurality of electric wire routing grooves, respectively.

Bus bar module and power supply unit

A clamp includes a clamp base part having a first step, a hinge part that is formed on a thinned portion connected continuously to the clamp base part, a clamp moving part having a second step, and a plurality of retention parts formed in a state that the clamp moving part is engaged with the clamp base part. The clamp base part is provided on a structure in which a cable and/or an electric wire is routed and formed such that the cable and/or the electric wire is placed thereon. One end of the clamp moving part is connected continuously to the hinge part, the other end of the clamp moving part is engaged with the clamp base part, and the cable and/or the electric wire is covered from the one end to a middle portion of the clamp moving part.

Clamp and bus bar module

The electric wire holding portionextends in the arrangement direction X in which the cellsare arranged at a central portion of the platein the width direction Z orthogonal to the direction X of the battery cells

Busbar module and power supply apparatus incorporating the same

A connector includes a housing, a cavity formed in the housing, a terminal to which a cable is connected and which is inserted into the cavity from a rear end side of the housing, and a nut held at a front end portion of the housing, wherein the terminal has a plate-like connection portion extended in an insertion direction to the cavity and an insertion hole formed in the connection portion, and the connection portion, which is inserted into the cavity and protruded from a front end portion of the housing, is bent and arranged along a front end surface of the housing, whereby the insertion hole is communicated with an internal thread of the nut.

Connector

A power supply system including a plurality of batteries includes a busbar, a terminal and a busbar module. The busbar connects a first electrode of one of the batteries with a second electrode of another one of the batteries. The terminal is mounted on the busbar and is contacted with the first electrode. The busbar module has a bulkhead defining a space accommodating the busbar. A locking member is extended from the bulkhead into the space and restricts the busbar. An abutment portion is provided at an edge part of the terminal. The abutment portion abuts the locking member when the terminal is rotated about the first electrode.

Power supply system

It is an object to provide a connector to which a fuse can be detachably attached and that can reduce components or improve reliability and improve a shield performance. A shield connector is provided, by which an electric shield can be securely performed. The shield connector includes: a plurality of terminal fittings; a housing holding the plurality of the terminal fittings; an electrically conductive inner shield shell receiving the housing; and an electrically conductive outer shield shell receiving the inner shield shell, wherein the outer shield shell includes: a square tube-shaped shell body; and surface-fixing parts, each of which is formed projecting from a peripheral wall of the shell body toward the inside of the shell body and has a parallel wall, which is formed parallel to the peripheral wall and placed closely on an outer surface of the inner shield shell.

Shield connector

A shield connector includes plural female terminals, a connector housing, and a shield shell. The connector housingincludes a terminal holderthat holds the plural female terminalsand an inner housinginto which the terminal holderis inserted. The shield shellincludes an upper shield shelland a lower shield shell that are attached to each other so as to cover the outer periphery of the inner housing. The upper shield shellincludes an extension wallwhich detects the state where the terminal holderis being inserted into the inner housing by overlapping with at least a part of a surfaceof the terminal holderon the rear end side in an insertion direction toward the inner housingin the state where the upper shield shell is attached to the inner housingand by coming into contact with the terminal holderso as to regulate the upper shield shellfrom being attached to the inner housingin the state where the terminal holderis being inserted into the inner housing

A shielded connector structure includes a first connector and a second connector, each having a metal terminal element, an insulating connector housing that has a terminal container for accommodating the metal terminal elements, and a conductive shield shell which covers the terminal container of the connector housing. The shielded connector structure further includes a conductive connector mounting portion which contacts the shield shell of at least one of the first and second connectors to ground the shield shell; and a connecting portion which is provided on each of the shield shells of the first and second connectors, and is coupled to the connector mounting portion when the first and second connectors are engaged to shield-connect the shield shells each other.

Shielded connector structure

The present invention provides a shield connector for a printed circuit board, in which the disengagement of an outer shield shell from a connector housing is prevented, and also an anti-noise performance is enhanced. The shield connector includes a resin connector housing having a rectangular solid shape including a top-surface, a right-side-surface, a left-side-surface, a back-surface, and an opening; a terminal provided in the connector housing so as to be connected a connector through the opening; and a shield shell including a top-plate covering the top-surface, a right-side-plate covering the right-side-surface, a left-side-plate covering the left-side-surface, and a rear-plate covering the back-surface. The each of the right-side-surface and the left-side-surface includes an engagement portion positioned at the front lower end portion thereof, and each of the right-side-plate and the left-side-plate includes a hook positioned at the front lower end portion thereof and engaged with the engagement portion.

Shield connector for printed circuit board

A shield connectorincludes an L-shaped terminalwhich includes an opposite-side connection portion; an inner housingwhich holds a terminal; a tubular inner shellwhich surrounds the opposite-side connection portion; a tubular outer housingwhich accommodates the inner shell; and an outer shellwhich is attached to the outer housing. The outer shellincludes a covering portionwhich covers a second openingof the outer housingand a first openingof the inner shell; a pair of sandwiching portionswhich is bent upward from the outer edge of the covering portionso as to elastically sandwich the inner shelltherebetween; and an earth portion which is grounded.

A shield connector structureincludes a pair of connectorsandthat is capable of being fitted to each other and a conductive connector attachment portion. One connectorincludes a terminal metal part, an insulating connector housing, and a conductive shield shell. The other connectorincludes a terminal metal part, an insulating connector housing, and a conductive shield shell. The shield shellis provided with a connection portion, and the shield shellis provided with a connection portion. When the connectorsandare fitted to each other so that the shield shellsandare shield-connected to each other, each of the connection portionsandis connected to the connector attachment portionand the shield shellsandare grounded.
