A fuel cell system having a direct liquid fuel cell that uses a liquid containing a formic acid or an alcohol as a fuel includes: a fuel tank that stores the fuel to be supplied to the fuel cell; a fuel supply device that supplies the fuel in the fuel tank to the fuel cell; and a bubbling device that blows an inert gas into the fuel stored in the fuel tank.

Fuel cell system

There is provided a flow pipe including: a pipe body including a side wall having an opening portion; and a heat insulator arranged at an inner peripheral side of the pipe body and having a flow path through which a fluid flows. The heat insulator has an outer peripheral surface facing with the side wall, and the outer peripheral surface has a flow path structure configured to form a flow path that guides a water droplet generated between the heat insulator and the pipe body to the opening portion.

A power module includes a multilayer circuit board, and first and second three-phase inverters, which are mounted on the multilayer circuit board to be stacked each other. A positive-electrode-side power source conductive trace of the first three-phase inverter and a negative-electrode-side power source conductive trace of the second three-phase inverter are disposed to at least partially face each other in a stacking direction of the multilayer circuit board, such that currents respectively flow through the power source conductive traces in opposite directions in a facing section. A negative-electrode-side power source conductive trace of the first three-phase inverter and a positive-electrode-side power source conductive trace of the second three-phase inverter are disposed to at least partially face each other in the stacking direction of the multilayer circuit board), such that currents respectively flow through the power source conductive traces in opposite directions in a facing section.

A control device of a motor unit has a gear housing having a supporting wall portion, a ceramic portion formed on the supporting wall portion, a circuit board body fixed to the ceramic portion, a power element located inside the circuit board body, and a load receiving member that is located around the power element inside the circuit board body and receives a load applied to the circuit board body.

A circuit board includes control circuit patterns and first drive circuit patterns. A base maintains the circuit board in a state in which the base is opposed to a portion of the circuit board, in which the control circuit patterns are formed, across a space that allows control circuit elements to be mounted at the circuit board. A line module includes second drive circuit patterns electrically connected to the first drive circuit patterns so as to constitute a part of lines of a drive circuit, and is sandwiched between a portion of the circuit board, in which the first drive circuit patterns are formed, and the base.

Control device and vehicle steering system including control device

A motor control circuit includes a power relay, a converter division, a smoothing condenser, a control circuit and a motor drive circuit, and is connected to a battery as high voltage power and to an electrical motor. The battery is connected with a driving battery having the high voltage such as 288V etc. A step down circuit reduces the high voltage to a low voltage such as 36V etc., charges a low voltage charge device and supplies drive power to the motor drive circuit. When the vehicle collision is occurred, the control circuit detects the collision by a value of detected acceleration, a power change relay is turned on to change to the power source from the low voltage charge device after voltage of the smoothing condenser is reduced, thereby connecting the low voltage to the motor drive circuit.

Electrical power steering apparatus

An electric power steering apparatus () comprises a control device (), which controls driving of an electric motor () based on the detection signals from a rotational position-detecting sensor (A), which detects the rotational position of the rotor () of the electric motor (), and a steering status detecting sensor (A). The control device () is housed in a housing () that is partitioned by a first housing (), which is at least a portion of the motor housing () for the electric motor (), and a second housing (A;B) that touches the first housing (). At least one of the rotational position-detecting sensor (A) and steering state detecting sensor (A) is connected to the control device () by means of only a signal wire () inside the first housing () or the second housing (A;B).

Vehicle steering apparatus and manufacturing method of same

A motor control device comprising a control board for controlling driving of an electric motor, the control board including a multilayer circuit board having inner layers and outer layers, a ground pattern disposed around an output shaft of the electric motor formed on one of the inner layers, and a severed portion formed on a part of the ground pattern, so as to sever through the ground pattern in a radial direction of the output shaft. The construction reduces noise from the motor control device.

A multilayer circuit substrate includes: a laminated circuit portion in which conductive layers and resin insulating layers are alternately laminated; and a metal substrate portion, wherein the laminated circuit portion is fixed to the metal substrate portion so that at least part of a lower surface of the laminated circuit portion is in contact with at least part of an upper surface of the metal substrate portion. Disclosed is a vehicle steering apparatus () equipped with a control device () which controls the actuation of an electric motor (). First and second housings (), which are in contact with each other, partition off an accommodation chamber () which contains the control device (). The first housing () is at least one part of the motor housing (). The first housing () includes a first interior wall surface () which partially partitions the accommodation chamber (). The second housing () includes a second interior wall surface () which partially partitions the accommodation chamber (). The first and the second interior wall surfaces () are opposite each other with respect to the axial direction (X) of a rotatable shaft () of an electric motor (). The second interior wall surface () includes the flat annular surface that surrounds a central axis (C) of the rotatable shaft () and an extension (C) of the central axis (C). The flat circular surface is orthogonal to the central axis (C) and the extension (C) of same.

Vehicle steering apparatus

A multilayer circuit board in which wirings are arranged so that the inductance thereof is reduced. A ground wiring and a power source wiring which are provided in a multilayer circuit board are arranged so that most of the wirings are superposed vertically along a direction of a longer side of the circuit board, and since currents flow in an opposite direction to each other in the portions which are superposed, magnetic fields generated by the currents so flowing are canceled by each other. Similarly, a W-phase wiring, a V-phase wiring and a W-phase wiring are also arranged so that the wirings are partially superposed along their longer side direction vertically, and magnetic fields generated by currents flowing in the portions which are superposed vertically are canceled by one another. By this, the inductance of the wirings can be reduced by increasing a mutual inductance between these wirings.
