A management device includes: a storage unit; a first receiving unit; a communication unit; and a management control unit configured to perform setting control for transmitting a control parameter and device identification information corresponding to the reservation number to each article processing device, which is identified based on the device identification information via the communication unit, when a reservation number is received by the first receiving unit, and to perform storage control for storing adjustment information of a changed control parameter in the storage unit in association with the device identification information and the reservation number when the control parameter transmitted to each of the article processing devices is changed in each of the article processing devices.

Management device and article management system

A product processing apparatus that performs packaging or box packing of products is disclosed. The product processing apparatus includes a storage component and a display component. The storage component is configured to store settings relating to the packaging or the box packing of the products. The display component is configured to display adjustment-requiring parts that requires adjustment in the product processing apparatus when changing the settings.

Product processing apparatus

A form-fill-seal machine forms a bag by filling and sealing a packing object in a wrapping material. The form-fill-seal machine includes a thickness adjustment unit which adjusts a thickness of the bag and a control unit which controls an operation of the thickness adjustment unit. The control unit acquires thickness information obtained in a rear stage of the form-fill-seal machine and relating to a thickness of the bag and controls the operation of the thickness adjustment unit on the basis of a result obtained by performing statistical processing on the thickness information.

Form-fill-seal machine and form-fill-seal system

A conveyance apparatus aligns conveyed packaging bags. In the conveyance apparatus, a thickness measurement part measures the thickness of a packaging bag. A controller infers that the width of the packaging bag has decreased when the thickness of the packaging bag is greater than a reference thickness, and the controller causes a first guide member to move so as to approach a second guide member via a guide drive part. In addition, the controller infers that the width of the packaging bag has increased when the thickness of the packaging bag is less than the reference value, and the controller causes the first guide member to move so as to be distanced from the second guide member via the guide drive part.

Conveyance apparatus

A packaging apparatus includes a collection unit and a conveyance unit. The collection unit is configured and arranged to overlay a plurality of packaged objects on adjacent packaged objects. The conveyance unit is configured and arranged to convey, as a group of packaged objects, the packaged objects which are overlaid on the adjacent packaged objects at the collection unit. The conveyance unit includes a position control component. At least one portion of the position control component is positioned below a conveyance plane of the conveyance unit and the other portion of the position control component is positioned above the conveyance plane of the conveyance unit before positions of the packaged objects are adjusted, the one portion and the other portion of the position control component is provided sequentially.

Packaging apparatus

A case packer is adapted to convey a plurality of packages and to pack the plurality of conveyed packages in a box. The case packer includes a first conveying unit, a detector, a second conveying unit and a control unit. The first conveying unit is configured and arranged to convey the packages. The detector is configured and arranged to detect a thickness of at least one of the packages. The second conveying unit includes an accumulating portion where the packages are accumulated with the packages being partially overlaid on one another. The second conveying unit is configured and arranged to convey the packages overlaid in the accumulating portion. The control unit is configured to adjust operation of the second conveying unit based on a detected value from the detector.

Case packer

A packaging apparatus includes a conveyance unit having first and second position control plates. The first position control plate is arranged to selectively move forward or backward so as to obstruct or pass the group of packaged objects conveyed on the conveyance unit. When positions of the packaged objects are adjusted, the second position control plate is arranged to move from a downstream-side portion of the conveyance unit toward the first position control plate, rotate in a direction toward the first position control plate. or move from the downstream-side portion of the conveyance unit toward the first position control plate and simultaneously rotate in the direction toward the first position control plate. A subsequent process step delivery unit is arranged to deliver the group of packaged objects after the positions thereof are adjusted by the first and second position control plates, to a subsequent process device.

A package apparatus includes a first conveyance unit and a second conveyance unit. The first conveyance unit is configured and arranged to convey a plurality of packaged objects in a first conveying direction. The second conveyance unit is provided below the first conveyance unit and configured and arranged to convey the packaged objects in a second conveying direction generally opposite from the first conveying direction. The second conveyance unit is configured and arrange to overlay each of the packaged objects received from the first conveyance unit on an adjacent one of the packaged objects such that the packaged objects are generally oriented in the second conveying direction to form a group of the packaged objects that is conveyed in the second conveying direction on the second conveyance unit.

Package apparatus

A conveyance device for accumulating and aligning a plurality of articles and conveying a batch of the articles includes a conveyance unit, first, second and third support members, and a drive unit. The conveyance unit is configured to convey the batch of the articles in a conveying direction. The first and second support members are configured to move along the conveyance unit so as to support an article disposed at a front end or a back end among the articles constituting the batch of the articles. The third support member is arranged on the conveyance unit and configured to move with respect to the conveyance unit so as to sandwich the batch of the articles between the third support member and at least one of the first support member and the second support member. The drive unit is configured to independently drive the first, second and third support members.

Conveyance device and packing device provided therewith

An accumulation device is adapted to accumulate a plurality of products according to at least one prescribed accumulation pattern. The accumulation device includes a receiving unit, a first accumulation processing unit, a second accumulation processing unit and a discharge unit. The first accumulation processing unit is configured and arranged to perform a first accumulation processing to a first group of the products received in the receiving unit. The second accumulation processing unit is disposed parallel to the first accumulation processing unit with respect to the receiving unit, and configured and arranged to perform a second accumulation processing to a second group of the products received in the receiving unit. The second accumulation processing is different from the first accumulation processing. The discharge unit is configured and arranged to transfer the products processed in the first and second accumulation processing units toward a downstream portion.
