A treatment device has an arm member having a plurality of arms to have an open state and a closed state; a wire having a distal end connected to the arm member and the distal end is attachable and detachable to the arm member; a sheath through which the wire is inserted; an operator connected to a proximal end of the sheath; a slider connected to the wire and attached to the operator to be slidable toward a distal end or a proximal end of the operator, wherein the slider makes the plurality of arms to be in the closed state when the slider is disposed in a first range, and the slider makes the plurality of arms to be in the open state when the slider is disposed in a second range; and a slider restriction mechanism provided between the distal end of the operator and the slider.

Treatment device

A clip device includes a tube and a clip having a first arm portion and a second arm portion, and an engagement mechanism including a stepped connector and a hooking structure, and configured to connect to the clip. The stepped connector includes an engaging region connecting two side regions, a width of the engaging region of the stepped connector is smaller than a width of a first of the two side regions of the stepped connector. The hooking structure includes two lateral surfaces connected by a hook surface, and a surface of the engaging region of the stepped connector engages with the hook surface of the hooking structure and each of the two side regions of the stepped connector are adjacent to respective one of the two lateral surfaces of the hooking structure.

Endoscope treatment device

A clip unit including: a clip main body having a first arm portion, a second arm portion, and a middle portion; a pressing tube formed in a tube shape to be capable of accommodating the clip main body, the pressing tube being provided to deform the clip main body so as to make a distal end of the first arm portion and a distal end of the second arm portion to approach to each other, as the middle portion, the first arm portion, and the second arm portion are moved toward a proximal end side of the clip unit; a locking portion configured to protrude from an inner circumferential surface of the pressing tube on the proximal end side of the pressing tube; and a first locked portion configured to protrude from a lateral surface of the first arm portion.

Clip unit

An endoscopic treatment instrument includes a pressing tube with an insertion lumen; a clip main body that has a first arm being inserted into the insertion lumen; a second arm fixed to the pressing tube; and an operation wire connected to the clip main body to move it with respect to the pressing tube, wherein the first arm approaches the second arm while being moved to a proximal end side of the pressing tube, in an initial state before the clip main body is pulled by the operation wire, a position of a distal end of the first arm is more distal than a position of a distal end of the second arm, and the distal end of the first arm is approaches the distal end portion of the second arm when the clip main body is pulled to the proximal end side of the pressing tube.

Endoscopic treatment instrument

An endoscope treatment tool includes a clip main body which includes a pair of arm portions; a pressing tube through which the clip main body is inserted; a locking portion which is disposed on an inner circumferential surface of a proximal end of the pressing tube; a locked portion which is disposed on the proximal end side of the clip main body; a sheath portion; a linear member connected to the clip main body and inserted through the sheath portion; a stopper portion which is configured to regulate a protrusion length of the linear member with respect to the distal end of the sheath portion; and a connection member which is disposed at a distal end of the linear member such that a connection between the linear member and the clip main body is released by regulating a movement of the clip main body.

Endoscope treatment tool

An endoscope treatment tool includes: a clip unit having a clip main body which includes first and second arm portions, a pressing tube which is formed in a tube shape, a locking portion which protrudes from an inner circumferential surface of a proximal end of the pressing tube, and a locked portion which protrudes from the clip main body; a linear member connected to the clip unit; a sheath in which the linear member is inserted; and a fracture mechanism connected to a proximal end of the linear member. The fracture mechanism includes a first support member connected to the linear member, a second support member disposed on a proximal end side of the first support member, and a fracturable member disposed between the first support member and the second support member so as to connect the first support member and the second support member.

Provided is a grasper including an introduction tube that is capable of being inserted into a body cavity; an operational elongate body that is inserted into the introduction tube so as to advance and retract; and a clip that is attached to a distal end portion of the introduction tube and is operated by the relative movement between the operational elongate body and the introduction tube so as to grasp a body tissue, then is indwelled in a body. The clip has a plurality of grasping arms which are operated to be moved by the operational elongate body or the introduction tube, at least in a direction where the grasping arms are closed, so as to grasp the body tissue; and a retracting portion which retracts a portion of the body tissue between the plurality of grasping arms.

Gasper and grasping tool

A clip apparatus for ligaturing a living tissue includes a clip unit provided removably at a distal end of an insertion part inserted into a forceps channel of an endoscope, and an operating part for the unit, extending in an passage of the insertion part. The unit has a clip holder in an opening of the passage and a passage for elastically opening/closing of a clip, an engaging portion to be opened elastically around the passage when the holder projects from the passage, and longitudinally engaged with the distal end of the insertion part, and a structure preventing excessive opening of the engaging portion when a member connected to the clip and the operating part and moving in the passage is broken at a breakable portion by a pulling force from the operating part.
