There is provided a torque rod () in which any one of a partition wall () between an interior of a first accommodation portion () for accommodating a first elastic bush () and an interior of a third accommodation portion () for accommodating an actuator () and a partition wall () between an interior of a second accommodation portion () for accommodating a second elastic bush () and the interior of the third accommodation portion () has a communication hole () for allowing the interiors of both the accommodation portions to communicate with each other, and a whole area of the other partition wall is closed. In the communication hole (), a counterbore () is formed in an end portion on a side opposite to the third accommodation portion (). The torque rod includes a bolt () that is inserted into the communication hole (), and that has a head portion () accommodated in the counterbore (). The bolt () is screwed into a support shaft () or the communication hole () so that the head portion () is pressed against an annular flat surface () which faces a side opposite to the third accommodation portion () on an inner surface of the counterbore (), and the support shaft () is pressed against the partition wall ().

Torque rod

The present invention includes a first mounting member (); a second mounting member (); an actuator () which dampens and absorbs input vibration by reciprocally moving a movable element () in accordance with input vibration; an actuator case () which houses the actuator therein; and a relay connector () which is mounted on the actuator case and electrically connects the connector () of the actuator and an external power source. The relay connector includes a terminal () which connects the connector of the actuator and the external power supply, and a housing () in which the terminal is installed. The actuator case is formed with an insertion hole () through which the terminal is inserted, and a mounting cylinder () surrounding the insertion hole is provided to protrude from the actuator case. One of the mounting cylinder and the housing is airtightly fitted to the inside of the other thereof via a packing ().

Vibration-proofing device

A vibrationproof device which is a liquid sealed vibrationproof device includes a tubular first mounting member () that is connected to either one of a vibration generating portion and a vibration receiving portion, a second mounting member () that is connected to other one, an elastic body () that elastically connects the first mounting member () and the second mounting member (), and a partition member () that partitions a liquid chamber () of the inside of the first mounting member () into a main liquid chamber (A) of an upper side having the elastic body as a portion of a wall surface and an auxiliary liquid chamber (B) of a lower side, and a restricting passage () which communicates with the main liquid chamber (A) and the auxiliary liquid chamber (B). In addition, a first liquid (L) is contained as a main liquid and a second liquid (L) which is insoluble in the first liquid (L) is contained as an added liquid in the sealed liquid (L), and the vapor pressure of the second liquid (L) is higher than the vapor pressure of a main component of the first liquid (L) in the same temperature and a specific gravity of the second liquid (L) is lighter than a specific gravity of the first liquid (L).

Vibrationproof device

An anti-vibration device for a vehicle including a rod () fixed to an engine () at one end portion () thereof and fixed to a vehicle body at the other end portion () thereof, an inertia mass () supported on the rod (), an actuator () operative to reciprocate the inertia mass in an axial direction of the rod, and an acceleration sensor () that detects vibration of the rod in the axial direction. The acceleration sensor () is disposed between the one end portion () of the rod () and the other end portion () of the rod (). Accordingly, sensitivity to pitch vibration of the rod () is reduced so that accuracy in detection of rigid body resonance in the axial direction is enhanced.

Anti-vibration device for vehicle

A vibration-damping device includes: an elastic body connecting a tubular first mounting member and a second mounting member; and a partition member partitioning a fluid chamber within the first mounting member, the fluid chamber being filled with fluid, into a primary fluid chamber on one side and an auxiliary fluid chamber on another side. The partitioning member includes: the limiting passages communicating between the primary and the auxiliary chambers, and generating fluid column resonance with respect to input vibration, thereby damping and reducing the vibration; switching device switching between the resonance frequencies of the limiting passages; a connection passage connecting the primary and the auxiliary chambers; a fluid pressure introducing passage into the switching device to operate the switching device; and a thin film body provided within the connection passage, and blocking the communication between the primary and the auxiliary fluid chambers via the connection passage.
