A fuel supply controlling device includes: an auxiliary chamber fuel supply valve that supplies a gaseous fuel to an auxiliary chamber; a non-return valve between the auxiliary chamber fuel supply valve and the auxiliary chamber, the non-return valve blocking a reverse flow from the auxiliary chamber; a valve state detector that detects an operating state of the non-return valve; a rotation angle detector that detects a rotation angle within an engine cycle; and a controller that determines an operation command value of the auxiliary chamber fuel supply valve. The controller measures an actual operating state of the non-return valve based on signals from the valve state detector and the rotation angle detector in association with the detected rotation angle, and corrects the operation command value of the auxiliary chamber fuel supply valve such that the measured actual operating state is brought close to a target operating state.

Fuel supply controlling device for divided-chamber gas engine

A lubricating device for a gear train () including a plurality of gears meshing with each other includes a shroud () configured to cover the gear train () and a housing () configured to cover the shroud (). The shroud () includes: an oil supply nozzle () configured to supply oil (OL) to a meshing position () of the gear train (); and oil-drain ports () through which the oil (OL) is discharged from the shroud. The housing () includes, at its lower part, a draw-out port () through which the oil (OL) discharged from the oil-drain ports () is drawn to the outside of the housing. Guide members () are provided between the shroud () and the housing (). The guide members () guide the oil (OL) discharged from the respective oil-drain ports () of the shroud () such that the oil (OL) flows downward through space (S) between the shroud () and the housing ().

Gear train lubricating device

A gear train lubricating device configured to supply lubricating oil OL to a gear included in a gear train is provided. The gear train lubricating device includes: a shroud covering, among components constituting the gear, at least teeth of the gear; and a lubricating oil supply port through which the lubricating oil OL is supplied to a meshing position of the gear. The shroud has an outlet port formed therein, through which the supplied lubricating oil OL is discharged. The outlet port is formed in a portion of the shroud that is positioned radially outward from the gear, such that the outlet port is disposed at an angular position that is 90&#xb0;&#xb1;15&#xb0; forward from the meshing position in a rotation direction Rof the gear.

A planetary gear system () includes: a sun gear () having external teeth; a plurality of planet gears () having external teeth, each planet gear meshing with the sun gear; a ring gear () having internal teeth, the ring gear meshing with the planet gears; and a baffle unit () disposed between the planet gears which are adjacent to each other, the baffle unit having side faces (F,R) positioned near the respective planet gears. Planetary gear system

A planetary gear system () includes: a sun gear () having external teeth; a ring gear () having internal teeth; at least one planet gear () having external teeth meshed with the external teeth of the sun gear and the internal teeth of the ring gear. The planet gear () has, at its outer circumferential face, the external teeth which are formed of a pair of sets of teeth aligned in an axial direction and an annular groove () which is formed between the pair of sets of teeth. The planetary gear system () further includes: a fixed support shaft () provided for each of the at least one planet gear () and configured to rotatably support the planet gear () via a bearing, the bearing including a pair of rolling element rows () aligned in the axial direction; an oil supply path (LP) through which lubricating oil is supplied, at an inner side of the planet gear (), to the pair of rolling element rows (); and an oil discharge path (oil outlet) which extends through the planet gear () and through which the lubricating oil is discharged to the annular groove () from space between the pair of rolling element rows () which are provided at the inner side of the planet gear ().

Planetary gear system and gear reducer

This invention provides a lubricating system for a gear train including: a lubricating oil supply port configured to supply a lubricating oil in a direction vertical to both axes of a pair of gears and toward a mesh point at which the pair of gears are meshed with each other; a shroud configured to cover at least teeth of the pair of gears so as to form a flow passage of the lubricating oil between the pair of gears and the shroud; and a pair of discharge ports respectively configured to discharge the lubricating oil from the flow passage. The pair of discharge ports are respectively positioned at two portions of the shroud respectively opposed to the mesh point across respective axes of the pair of gears.
