An oil separator includes: an oil separator main body that is formed with a gas flow path between a gas introduction port that introduces blow-by gas and a gas discharge port that discharges the blow-by gas; a flap that opens and closes the gas flow path, and that includes a substantially circular shaped valve section including a straight line portion of a substantially straight line shape at a portion of an outer periphery of the valve section; and a first impact wall for capturing oil, that is provided along the outer periphery of the valve section at a downstream side of the valve section in the gas flow path, that includes a straight line portion of a substantially straight line shape along the straight line portion of the valve section, and that is impacted by the blow-by gas flowing out from a peripheral edge of the valve section.

Oil separator

Provide is a PCV valve which can be quickly defreezed and provides a favorable sealing to the heater against the blow-by gas. The PCV valve () comprises a housing () defining a flow passage () for blow-by gas, a valve member () positioned in the flow passage to cooperate with a valve seat () formed in the housing, a spring () biasing the valve member toward the valve seat, a heat transmission member () including a heat dissipating part () surrounding the valve member, and a heating unit () including a heating element () for heating the heat transmission member, the heating element being separated from the flow passage in an air tight manner.

PCV valve

A hose connector comprises a connector main body (), a lock member (), a cam mechanism () that converts the rotational movement of the lock member into an axial movement thereof, and clamping features () formed in the inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the lock member and the connector main body which clamps a hose end by moving axially toward each other. The hose end can be connected to a pipe or a pipe-like member with ease in a reliable manner and without requiring a tool.

Hose connector

A fluid distribution valve which selectively distributes a fluid supplied from a fluid supply source to a plurality of flow channels, includes first and second branch pipes communicated with the fluid supply source; and a valve body selectively closing either one of the two branch pipes, and including a through hole allowing a circulation of the fluid into the second branch pipe from the fluid supply source in a case wherein the first branch pipe is closed. While the valve body closes the first branch pipe in an initial state thereof, the valve body is displaced or deformed according to a pressure difference of the fluid in the a first branch pipe side and the a second branch pipe side when the fluid is supplied from the fluid supply source so as to open the first branch pipe, and to close the through hole.

Fluid distribution valve, fluid supply system comprising same, and method for controlling the fluid supply system

A connector includes a connector main body having a mounting tube for mounting a hose; and a lock member loosely fitted in a guide member of the connector main body slidably in an axis line direction. The lock member includes a claw member provided to stand from an inner wall face in a mounted hose direction facing thereto. The mounting tube includes a projecting piece on an outer end circumference. After the hose has been inserted into the mounting tube, if the hose or the lock member is pulled, the lock member moves forward, so that the hose is locked by the claw member, and the hose is clamped by the projecting piece provided on a mounting tube side and the lock member. As a result, the hose can be easily connected, and a high sealing property can be obtained.

Connector

A valve device used by being attached to a fuel tank includes a case provided with an airflow valve opening which communicates with the outside of the tank, on an upper portion, and also provided with a fuel inflow section located on a lower side of the airflow valve opening, and a float body housed in the case so as to be vertically movable, and also seated in the airflow valve opening by being elevated by the fuel flowed into the case through the inflow section. In the case, an airflow section which interconnects the inside of the tank and the inside of the case is formed in a higher side than a waterline of the float body at the seating time, and also at the seating time, this airflow section is restricted.

Valve device for fuel tank and overfilling preventing device for fuel tank

In a vent control valve for a fuel tank, a housing receiving a float assembly therein is provided with a communication hole passed across a wall of the housing, and an opening of the communication hole facing an interior of the housing is directly exposed to an interior of the housing when the float assembly is in a low position and overlaps with a peripheral wall of the float assembly when the float assembly is in a high position. By suitably selecting the size of the communication hole and/or the number thereof, a desired delay in the dropping of the liquid fuel level in the housing following the filling up of the fuel tank can be achieved. Thereby, overfilling of the fuel tank can be avoided.
