A roof module includes: a roof panel; a pair of guide rails mounted on an inner surface of the roof panel and extending in a front-rear direction of the vehicle; a shade sheet guided by the guide rails; a winding device supported by the guide rails and configured to wind up the shade sheet and a drive source configured to drive the shade sheet in an unwinding direction and a winding direction. The winding device and the drive source are arranged in a concentrated manner on a rear end side of the guide rails, and no cross member connecting the guide rails is provided on a front end side of the guide rails.

Roof module for vehicle

A manufacturing method for a roof module includes: a step of fixing a mounting member to an inner surface of a roof panel; a step of assembling a shade unit provided with a pair of guide rails, a shade sheet, and a winding device; a step of attaching a jig for keeping the guide rails parallel to each other to the shade unit; a step of fixing the shade unit to which the jig is attached to the mounting member; and a step of detaching the jig from the shade unit mounted to the inner surface of the roof panel.

Manufacturing method for roof module

The deflector device includes a deflector main body that can be folded and deployed, a retained member provided along an upper edge of the deflector main body, a deflector blade provided with a groove extending in a vehicle width direction to receive the retained member therein, and a retaining member that is fixed to the deflector blade to retain the retained member in the groove. The retaining member includes an engaging part having one end that engages the retained member in the groove, and a fixing part extending from another end of the engaging part at an angle to the engaging part and provided with a plurality of insertion holes for a fastening member secured to the deflector blade.

Deflector device for vehicle sunroof

A deflector structure for a sunroof device includes a sunroof frame and a deflector. The sunroof frame includes a pair of side members extending along both side edges of an opening formed in a fixed roof and a front member that is made of resin and extends along a front edge of the opening. The deflector includes a blade provided along the front edge of the openingand a pair of arms extending rearward from both side portions of the blade and configured to cause the blade to protrude from and retract into the opening along with a sliding movement of a slide panel. Each arm includes a rear end supported by the sunroof frame to be movable in a front-rear direction and a cam pin formed in an intermediate portion in a longitudinal direction. A cam groove for guiding each cam pin is formed in the front member.
