Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling scheduling a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission and a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission that overlap in the time domain. The UE may simultaneously transmit the PUSCH and PUCCH transmissions if the scheduled quantity of layers for the PUSCH transmission (or the scheduled quantity of layers for the PUSCH transmission and the PUCCH transmission) does not exceed an indicated maximum quantity of layers for PUSCH transmissions (or PUSCH and PUCCH transmissions). For a codebook based PUSCH transmission, the UE may simultaneously transmit the PUSCH and PUCCH transmissions if the scheduled quantity of antenna ports for the PUSCH transmission (or the scheduled quantity of antenna ports for the PUSCH transmission and the PUCCH transmission) does not exceed an indicated maximum quantity of ports for PUSCH transmissions (or PUSCH and PUCCH transmissions).

Overlapping physical uplink control channel and physical uplink shared channel transmissions

Aspects are provided which allow a UE to defer HARQ-ACK reporting in PUCCH transmissions according to a configured HARQ-ACK codebook. In one aspect, the UE receives, from a base station, information triggering feedback for DL HARQ processes of the UE, the UE receives a RRC message configuring the feedback to be for less than all of the DL HARQ processes, and the UE reports the feedback based on the information and the RRC message. In another aspect, the UE reports feedback including a plurality of HARQ-ACK bits in a PUCCH, where each of the HARQ-ACK bits is associated with DL data, and at least one of the DL data is associated with a cancelled PUCCH transmission. The UE may also append to the feedback a HARQ-ACK bit associated with other DL data, where the other data is associated with another cancelled PUCCH transmission.

Additional details on reporting HARQ-ACK

Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for channel state information (CSI) for multiple transmission reception point (mTRP) scenarios. The techniques may provide for dynamic interference measurement for mTRP CSI. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a CSI reporting configuration configuring the UE with a plurality of CSI reference signal (CSI-RS) resources for channel measurement (CMRs) and a plurality of resources for interference measurement (IMRs). The method includes determining an indicator based on an association between one or more CMRs and one or more IMRs. A codepoint of the indicator is associated with an IMR or a set of IMRs by an order of the IMRs or the set of IMRs in the configuration, and is associated with a CMR, a CMR pair, or a part of the ports of a CMR. The method generally includes performing CSI measurement based on the association.

Dynamic interference measurement for multiple-TRP CSI

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration of physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) repetition and multi-downlink control information reception wherein, for at least one of a first or second control resource set (CORESET) pool index, a first monitoring occasion (MO) of a first linked search space set, associated with a first CORESET and having a first transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state, overlaps with a second MO of a second linked search space set associated with a second CORESET having a second TCI state. The UE may monitor PDCCH communications in the overlapping monitoring occasions based on a determination of a plurality of monitored CORESETs, wherein the determination is based on a first rule, a second rule, or a third rule, associated with a plurality of quasi co-location monitoring properties. Quasi co-location prioritization rules for multi-downlink control information reception and physical downlink control channel repetition

Methods, systems, and devices for communications management are described. In one example, a method for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) is described. The method may include receiving a configuration of a first search space (SS) set and a second SS set and identifying a link between the first SS set and the second SS set for physical downlink control channel repetition. The method may also include identifying one or more monitoring occasions in the first SS set or the second SS set to monitor for downlink control information based at least in part on an overlap rule associated with the link between the first SS set and the second SS set for physical downlink control channel repetition. The method may include monitoring the identified one or more monitoring occasions in at least the first SS set or the second SS set for the downlink control information.

Resolving ambiguities for search space set linking for physical downlink control channel repetition

Channel state information-reference signal (CSI-RS) resources are disclosed with multiple transmission configuration indication (TCI) states. Example aspects of the present disclosure provide for indications that a given CSI-RS resource is associated with multiple TCI states within various configuration control signaling, depending on whether the CSI-RS is periodic, semi-persistent, or aperiodic. Additionally, where any trigger state corresponds to a CSI-RS resource set in which one or more CSI-RS resources are associated with multiple TCI states, one or more quasi-co-location (QCL) assumptions of the downlink transmission may also be applied by a user equipment (UE) to reception of the CSI-RS resources, where the scheduling offset is less than the threshold beam switch timing reported by the UE.

The UE and the BS may determine that at least one CPU from a CPU pool is occupied by an uplink CSI request from a CSI reference signal (CSI-RS) to at least a CSI request occasion. The UE and the BS may determine a number of occupied CPUs, for example, based on an accumulated or aggregated number of occupied CPUs for multiple CSI operations. The UE may perform a number of CSI operations based on the determined number of occupied CPUs. The BS may configure the UE to perform the number of CSI operations, for example, by transmitting one or more of a configuration, activation, or scheduling message.

The UE may determine the transmit power for each transmission occasion based at least in part on the power boost configuration. Methods, systems, and devices for sounding reference signal (SRS) resource indicator (SRI) association for configured grant (CG) based transmission and reception point (TRP) physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission are described. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may receive first control signaling indicating a first and second sounding reference signal (SRS) resource set associated with a first and second set of power control parameter, respectively. The UE may receive second control signaling indicating a CG configuration, the first and second power control parameters for transmissions in the CG configuration. In some examples, the UE may determine a configuration status for one or more fields the first control signaling, the second control signaling, or both. The UE may select an SRS resource set based on the configuration status and may transmit one or more CG uplink transmissions with the CG configuration using the selected SRS resource set.

A user equipment (UE) may monitor a set of downlink control channel candidates that are associated with each other, the set of downlink control channel candidates including a first downlink control channel candidate in a first transmission time interval (TTI) and a last downlink control channel candidate in a second TTI subsequent to the first TTI. The UE may receive, based on the monitoring, at least one repetition of downlink control information (DCI) within one of the first downlink control channel candidate or the last downlink control channel candidate, the DCI scheduling a transmission between a base station and the UE. The UE may apply a scheduling offset associated with the transmission based on a timing of the last downlink control channel candidate, and may subsequently communicate with the base station via the transmission based on the scheduling offset.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive at least one downlink control information message that schedules multiple sets of repetitions of a physical uplink shared channel transmission with different sets of transmission parameters.
