Operations further include generating a new workflow for the entity, including generating a first workflow block in the new workflow and associating it with a sub-element of the first SaaS platform element, generating a second workflow block in the new workflow and associating it with a sub-element of the second SaaS platform element, interconnecting the first and second workflow blocks, activating the new workflow, and preventing a second entity user from associating the first block with the first platform sub-element, from associating the second block with the second platform sub-element, or a combination thereof.

Digital processing systems and methods for managing workflows

Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for workflow management operations are disclosed. A template selection is received for a predefined workflow to be implemented in an existing user's account having at least one internal resource, and a selection of a set of resources is received from a plurality of resources to implement the functionality of the predefined workflow. The selected set includes at least one internal resource of the existing user's account and at least one external resource accessible via an API. A secure storage area is queried to determine that credentials are non-existent for the at least one external resource, an authentication flow is initiated with the at least one external resource to obtain a token from an external resource, and the token is received. The token is stored in the secure storage area, and a configuration of the predefined workflow initiates functionality of the predefined workflow.

Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for triggering table entries characterizing workflow-related communications occurring between workflow participants are disclosed. The systems and methods may involve presenting a table via a display, the table containing rows and columns defining cells, the rows and cells being configured to manage respective roles of the workflow participants; presenting on the display at least one active link for enabling workflow participants to join in a video or an audio communication; logging in memory, characteristics of the communication including identities of the workflow participants who joined in the communication; and generating an object associated with the table, the object containing the characteristics of the communication logged in memory.

A system may include at least one processor configured to generate a table containing cells for holding values and enable association of a communications rule with a specific cell of the table, wherein the communications rule includes a trigger that automatically activates when a specific value in the specific cell meets a criterion. The processor may trigger the communications rule when the specific value in the specific cell meets the criterion, and communicate, upon triggering of the communications rule, a message relating to the specific value in the specific cell meeting the criterion.

Systems and methods for automating tablature are disclosed. A system may include at least one processor configured to maintain a plurality of logical templates, each logical template of the plurality of logical templates may include predefined requirements and user-definable requirements. The processor may enable formation of a table having a plurality of horizontal and vertical rows, enable selection of a logical template, enable input for the user-definable requirements into the selected logical template, enable association of the selected logical template with a row, and execute logic operations defined by the selected logical template to operate on the row in response to the association of the selected logical template with the row.
