Provided herein is orismilast for use in the treatment a disease or disorder ameliorated by inhibiting PDEin a subject, wherein the orismilast is administered to the subject according to a specific dosage regimen. Also provided is orismilast for use the treatment of pruritus associated with atopic dermatitis.

Dosage regimen
