Provided is a rotating electric machine. This rotating electric machine includes a stator and a rotor, and the rotor includes: a rotor core having formed therein a magnet insertion hole group; and a permanent magnet group. In the rotor core, a first magnetic slit and a second magnetic slit are formed. In the second magnetic slit, a first magnet magnetic flux guide path connecting a first q-axis magnetic path and a second q-axis magnetic path is arranged. When an angle between a straight line passing through a first intersecting point and a radial center point and a straight line passing through a second intersecting point and the radial center point is set as θ, the number of pole pairs is set as P, a natural number is set as m, and nis set as a natural number smaller than m, the following expression: θ=2π×n÷{P×(2m−1)} [rad] is satisfied.

Rotating electric machine

The rotating electric machine includes: a rotor; and a stator, wherein the rotor includes: a rotor core having a magnet insertion hole group including a plurality of magnet insertion holes; and a permanent magnet group including a plurality of permanent magnets inserted in the plurality of magnet insertion holes of the magnet insertion hole group, respectively, wherein the plurality of magnet insertion holes are arranged side by side in a shape convex toward a center of the rotor from a radially-outer side surface of the rotor core, wherein the permanent magnet group forms one magnetic pole, wherein, in a part of the rotor core between the radially-outer side surface and the magnet insertion hole group, a magnetic slit is formed to extend in a shape convex toward the center of the rotor from the radially-outer side surface, and wherein the magnet insertion hole group includes three magnet insertion holes.

Rotating electric machine with magnet insertion hole arrangement

Provided is a rotating electric machine () including a stator () and a rotor (). The rotor () includes a plurality of stages of rotor units (and) stacked in an axial direction. Each of the rotor units (and) includes a pair of permanent magnets () and slits (and) arranged in one or more rows. The slits (and) has an arc-like shape. Both ends of the arc-like shape are located on an outer periphery side of the rotor (). When an angle formed between two straight lines that connect positions of both ends of the arc-like shape and a rotation axis center of the rotor () is defined as an arc angle, at least one of the arc angle of the slit () and the number of rows of the slits is different between at least two rotor units (and).

The synchronous reluctance motor includes: an annular stator core having slots; and a cylindrical rotor core-having, for each magnetic pole, slits formed by arc-shaped openings which are convex toward a cylinder center and whose apexes are positioned on a q axis. The nth arc that is an inner edge of the opening close to the cylinder center has an arc center point on the q axis at a distance D(n) from-the rotor core. Where the radius of the nth arc with respect to the arc center point is denoted by R(n) and a ratio k(n) is defined as D(n)/R(n), the values of the ratios k() to k(n) are determined such that 0.20≤k(n)≤0.37 and k(n)< . . . <k(n)< . . . <k()<1 are satisfied and a slope a is in a range of (−0.92/n)≤a≤(−0.71/n).

Synchronous reluctance motor

Two types of insulating members, i.e., end surface insulators and slot insulators are provided. On tooth portion sides of both side surfaces in the circumferential direction of tooth end surface covering portions of the end surface insulator, first cutouts recessed in the circumferential direction are provided so as to extend in the radial direction. A part axially upward of the first cutouts protrudes in the circumferential direction to form a first overhang portion, and the slot insulator is accommodated between the first overhang portions of two end surface insulators.

Stator insulating members for rotary electric machine

Provided is a rotating electric machine. Angles formed by tooth center axes of adjacent teeth are defined as tooth pitch angles. Maximum tooth pitch angles are defined as first tooth pitch angles &#x3b1;. Rotary electric machine

In a rotary electric machine, slots are formed between teeth of a stator core. A ratio of a number of poles to a number of slots is 2:3. When an electrical angle of a tooth tip width, which is a width dimension of a tip of each of the teeth in a circumferential direction of the stator, is represented by &#x3b1;, an electrical angle of a pole arc angle, which is an angle formed by two straight lines that connect a rotation center of a rotor to corners on a rotor surface side of one permanent magnet, is represented by &#x3b2;, and a number of pole pairs is represented by P, the tooth tip width is within a range of (electrical angle)&#xb1;0.2&#xb0;&#xd7;P for a value that satisfies the following expression: &#x3b2;=&#x2212;2.5&#x3b1;+319.7 (0&#x3c;&#x3b2;&#x2264;180) [deg].

A multigroup, multiphase rotary electric machine control device including: a control target calculator to calculate an initial current command value of each phase based on a torque command value; a correction coefficient calculator to calculate a per-group correction coefficient corresponding to each group from a spatial mode M (M is 0 or a positive integer) of an electromagnetic force caused by magnetic flux density variation with respect to a rotational periodicity at the time of rotation of the multigroup, multiphase rotary electric machine; and a current command value corrector to calculate a current command value of the each phase, which is corrected based on the initial current command value and the per-group correction coefficient.

Multigroup-multiphase rotary electrical machine control device and multigroup-multiphase rotary electrical machine drive device

A squirrel-cage rotor includes a slot having an outside circumference edge which is near the outer side of the rotor iron core and has a first corner at one end and a second corner at the other end and whose shape expands toward the outer side beyond a first virtual circle that connects the first corner and the second corner and is concentric with the rotor iron core. It also has an inside circumference edge which is near the inner side and has a third corner having a curvature radius smaller than that of the first corner at one end and a fourth corner having a curvature radius smaller than that of the second corner at the other end and whose shape expands toward the outer side beyond a second virtual circle that connects the third corner and the fourth corner and is concentric with the rotor iron core.

Squirrel-cage rotor and rotating electric machine

In a rotary electric machine, a conductive member surrounds a shaft and a plurality of permanent magnets provided on an outer peripheral portion of the shaft as a whole, and a holding member surrounds the shaft, the plurality of permanent magnets, and the conductive member as a whole. A conductivity of the conductive member is higher than a conductivity of the permanent magnet. The conductive member includes first and second opposing portions that oppose each other via a gap in a circumferential direction. An inter-opposing portion region existing between the first and second opposing portions is positioned within a circumferential direction range of an inter-magnet region existing between permanent magnets that are adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction.

Rotor for rotary electric machine and rotary electric machine

In a drive system including a battery, a power generation device (PGD) including a generator mounted to an engine shaft, and a drive device (DD) including a motor for driving a driven component, a drive controller performs a drive control for PGD and DD and a switching control for a switching device. During a parallel connection, respective high-voltage side terminals (HVTs) of PGD and the battery are connected to a HVT of DD, and respective low-voltage side terminals (LVTs) of PGD and the battery are connected to LVT of DD. During a series connection, HVT of any one of PGD and the battery is connected to HVT of DD, and LVT of another one of PGD and the battery is connected to LVT of DD, and terminals of PGD and the battery, which are not connected to DD, are connected to each other.

Drive system and drive control method

Given a first intersection point of the surface of a rotor and a straight line that joins a central point of a permanent magnet on a stator side and a tooth tip section closest to the central point of the permanent magnet on the stator side, a flange is formed outward of an arc having, as the radius thereof, a distance from a second intersection point of the inner peripheral face of the stator and a straight line that joins the rotation axis of the rotor and the first intersection point, up to the tooth tip section.

Permanent-magnet-type rotating electrical machine

A rotary electric machine, in which &#x3b1;&#x3e;&#x3b2; is established when the teeth portion has a width &#x3b1; in a circumferential direction thereof, a rotation center of the rotor and one of corners, which is on a rotor surface side, on both ends of each of the permanent magnets are connected by a straight line, a center between an N-pole and an S-pole of the permanent magnets is on a q-axis, and an angle formed by two straight lines on the q-axis side is &#x3b2;, a first bridge part is provided between a flux barrier provided at the rotor core and the rotor surface, and &#x3b3;&#x3e;&#x3b4; is established when the first bridge part has a minimum width &#x3b3;, and the flux barrier has a minimum width &#x3b4; on the q-axis.

A contour line on the outer circumferential side of each magnet hole in the first layer is formed to be an arc passing through a total of three intersections, i.e., an intersection of a d axis and a reference magnetic flux line which is a magnetic flux line as a reference positioned inward by a predetermined number of magnetic flux lines from the outer circumferential edge of a rotor core, and intersections of: the reference magnetic flux line; and sides at the circumferential ends of the magnet hole which are positioned inward by a bridge dimension from the outer circumferential edge of the rotor core. Thus, a rotary electric machine that enables maximum utilization of reluctance torque and magnet torque and suppression of torque ripple can be obtained with simple processing and low cost.

A pole-number-changing rotary electric machine includes: a rotary electric machine; an n-group inverter; and a control unit for controlling the n-group inverter, wherein the control unit controls current phases of a current flowing through stator coils such that a current phase degree of freedom, which is a number of current phases per pole pair controllable by the n-group inverter, is equal to a number of groups n&#xd7;a number of phases m/2 at a time of high polarity driving and the number of groups n&#xd7;the number of phases m at a time of low polarity driving, where the number of groups n is a multiple of 4 and the number of phases m is a natural number of 3 or more and relatively prime to the number of groups n.
