A bag accommodated in an outer box of a bag-in-box is made of film-like material to be collapsible to push out the contents such as beverage syrups and liquid foods and comprises a bag body and a mouthpiece provided on the bag body for passing the contents therethrough. The bag body is made of polyester resin at a thickness of 20-150 .mu.m.

A flow passage closing mechanism of a beverage pouring apparatus for supplying the beverage to a dispenser by pushing the beverage in the keg due to the pressure of gas introduced therein. The mechanism includes a first connecting portion to be connected to the key, a descending tube connected to the first connecting portion, a floating ball movably inserted into the descending tube, a valve seat formed at a lower end portion of the descending tube, a separating mechanism for lifting the floating ball form the valve seat, and a second connecting portion to be connected to the dispenser. When beverage in the keg is used up, the flow passage closing mechanism closes the flow passage of the beverage pouring apparatus by pushing the floating ball to the valve seat. The flowing path is reopened by the separating mechanism.

A flow passage closing mechanism of a beverage pouring apparatus for supplying the beverage to a dispenser by pushing the beverage in the keg due to the pressure of gas introduced therein. The mechanism includes a first connecting portion to be connected to the keg, a descending tube connected to the first connecting portion, a floating ball movably inserted into the descending tube, a valve seat formed at a lower end portion of the descending tube, a separating mechanism for lifting the floating ball from the valve seat, and a second connecting portion to be connected to the dispenser. A draught beer dispensing system according to the present invention comprises a beer receiving receptacle, a beer dispensing valve from which the draught beer is dispensed into the receptacle under the pressure of carbon dioxide gases, a source supplying carbon dioxide gases, and a movable dispensing nozzle connected to the beer dispensing valve through a flexible pipe and operated by an actuating means. When draught beer is dispensed, the tip of the beer dispensing nozzle is positioned within the receptacle first and is moved upwardly to the upper edge of the receptacle upon completion of beer dispensing.

Draught beer dispensing system

A draught beer dispensing system according to the present invention comprises a draught beer receiving receptacle, a beer dispensing valve from which draught beer is dispensed into the receptacle under the pressure of carbon dioxide gases, and a source of supplying the carbon dioxide gases. The beer dispensing valve includes an automatically controlled ball valve. The ball of the ball valve has a through hole. When the ball valve is controlled in a fully open position, draught beer can be dispensed without any foam; while the ball valve is controlled in a partly open position, draught beer can be dispensed with foams whereby to give the almost filled out receptacle some finishing foams.

A draught beer dispensing system according to the present invention comprises a pressure regulating valve for regulating pressure of carbon dioxide gases supplied from a source of supplying carbon dioxide gases to a draught beer receiving receptacle, a temperature detector provided adjacent to the receiving receptacle to detect a temperature of draught beer within the receiving receptacle, and an arithmetically control device for controlling the pressure regulating valve on the basis of a detected value of the temperature detector, wherein in dispensing the draught beer from the draught beer receiving receptacle, a temperature of the draught beer within the receiving receptacle is detected by the temperature detector, the detected value is inputted into the arithmetically control device, supplied pressure of carbon dioxide gases supplied into the draught beer receiving receptacle is arithmetically operated on the basis of the relationship between beer temperature and pressure stored in advance in the arithmetically control device, and an output signal corresponding to the thus operated result is outputted to the pressure regulating valve to control the latter whereby carbon dioxide gases having pressure optimum for the temperature of draught beer when dispensed can be supplied to the draught beer receiving receptacle with eliminating flat beer and excessively foamy beer.
