A power converter includes a sealing member in a loop shape sealing a space between a sealing surface of a cooler and a sealing surface of a casing. Either one of the sealing surface of the cooler and the sealing surface of the casing is provided with a groove in a loop shape enabling the sealing member to be fitted therein. A first positioning portion is provided on a bottom surface of the groove. The sealing member includes an internal sealing portion with a circular cross-section and located along the bottom surface of the groove, an external sealing portion with a circular cross-section and located so as to surround a looped outer circumference surface of the internal sealing portion, and a connected portion that connects the internal sealing portion to the external sealing portion across an entire circumference of the loop. The connected portion includes a second positioning portion capable of being fitted in the first positioning portion.

Power converter

Provided is a power conversion apparatus that can enhance the strength of the vicinity of an opening through which a connector is exposed, and can prevent water from entering a casing through the opening or reduce such water intrusion. The power conversion apparatus includes a circuit board, a connector mounted on the circuit board, and a lid having an opening to allow the connector to be exposed therethrough and placed over the circuit board and the connector. The lid includes a bead that protrudes from a top plate to enclose an exposed portion of the connector.

Power conversion apparatus

Provided is a power conversion apparatus that has a simple drain structure of coolers without increasing a size of the power conversion apparatus. The power conversion apparatus includes a housing equipped with a first cooler and a second cooler. One of the first and second coolers has a plurality of coolant openings. The other cooler is constituted by a plurality of members that are connected to each other. The housing includes a plurality of first sealing portions for sealing connecting portions of a plurality of connecting coolant passages that connect to the coolant openings, and second sealing portions for sealing connecting portions between the members. Each of the sealing portions has a first sealing member, a second sealing member, and a drain opening. The drain openings merge into a single drain exit.

A power conversion apparatushas a configuration in which a plate-like bus-baris disposed vertically so that a width direction thereof is set in a vertical direction, electrically connected to positive electric potential of a battery and fixed to a resin caseto include a flat plate-like bus-bar body, to which positive electric potential of the battery is applied, and a voltage measuring terminaltobranched from the bus-bar body. The voltage measuring terminaltoincludes a projecting portionprojecting from the bus-bar body, an upright portionextending from the projecting portionupward toward a circuit board, and a measuring terminal portionthat is an upper part of the upright portionand electrically connected to the circuit board

A power conversion apparatus has a configuration in which plate-like bus-bars are laminated via an insulating material to define a pair of bus-bars. A laminated bus-bar, in which the pair of bus-bars is disposed vertically so that a width direction thereof is in a vertical direction, includes a pair of voltage measuring terminals that is correspondingly branched from a part of the pair of bus-bars to extend toward a circuit board. The pair of voltage measuring terminals is arranged symmetrically with respect to the pair of bus-bars to extend upward toward the circuit board, while extending in an intersecting direction intersecting with the pair of bus-bars, to be electrically connected to the circuit board.
